“区域全球化”、“区域地方化”与区域经济增长——兼论改革开放以来中国沿海地区的经济增长模式

【摘要】：在经济全球化的背景下,任何区域都必须是一个开放的系统,其经济增长离不开其它区域,但一个区域又必须依靠自身要素才能获得内生式增长。这要求在探寻区域经济增长的内在机制时应同时考虑这两个方面。为此,本文相应地提出了"区域全球化"和"区域地方化"的概念,并把两者融入一个统一的理论框架来解析区域经济增长的内在机理。在此基础上,本文指出了改革开放以来中国沿海地区经济增长模式的困境,并提出"引入移出"策略来实现其经济增长模式的转变。
[Abstract]:In the context of economic globalization, any region must be an open system, its economic growth can not be separated from other regions, but a region must rely on its own elements to achieve endogenous growth. This requires that both aspects should be taken into account when exploring the internal mechanism of regional economic growth. Therefore, this paper puts forward the concepts of "regional globalization" and "regionalization", and combines them into a unified theoretical framework to analyze the internal mechanism of regional economic growth. On this basis, this paper points out the dilemma of the economic growth pattern of China's coastal areas since the reform and opening up, and puts forward the strategy of "introducing out-of-place" to realize the transformation of its economic growth model.
