布阿吉尔贝尔的消费经济思想及其现实意义

【摘要】：从宏观经济来看,消费和收入是同一样的事物。破坏消费就是破坏收入,破坏收入也会破坏消费。建设消费主导型的中国经济,必须要以增加社会大多数人的收入为基础。为了增加消费和促进当时法国经济的增长,布阿吉尔贝尔主张提高农产品价格和对税制进行改革。然而,对旧税制进行调整和革新,必然会遭到从旧税制中获得巨大利益的既得利益集团的抵制和反对。这样的改革历史规律值得中国的改革者们借鉴。布阿吉尔贝尔的消费经济思想以及那段时期的法国历史对中国的改革大业具有重要启示意义。
[Abstract]:From the macro-economic point of view, consumption and income are the same thing. Destruction of consumption is destruction of income, and destruction of income also destroys consumption. The construction of a consumer-led Chinese economy must be based on increasing the income of the majority of the population. In order to increase consumption and boost the French economy at the time, Buagilber advocated raising agricultural prices and reforming the tax system. However, the adjustment and innovation of the old tax system will inevitably be resisted and opposed by the vested interest groups which obtain great benefits from the old tax system. Such historical rules of reform are worthy of reference by Chinese reformers. Buagilber's thought of consumption economy and the history of France in that period are of great significance to China's reform.
