资本主义经济发展阶段变迁中金融资本霸权的现代演进——基于马克思主义经济学的视角

【摘要】：在资本主义经济发展进程中,金融资本霸权在不断的建构与解构中实现了从传统霸权向现代霸权的演进。依据资本主义经济发展阶段可以将这个演进过程划分为私人垄断资本主义、国家垄断资本主义和金融资本新霸权垄断资本主义三个阶段。以巨型垄断企业为载体实现对资本主义经济社会的控制是私人垄断资本主义阶段金融资本霸权的建构逻辑;扩张过度导致大萧条以及资本主义国家为了产业资本必须休眠金融资本,是国家垄断资本主义阶段金融资本霸权解构的逻辑;20世纪70年代产业资本利润率的长期下降以及80年代资本主义经济复苏的失败,迫使资本寻求新的积累途径,成为当代资本主义发展阶段金融资本新霸权建构的逻辑。金融资本新霸权的建构标志着资本主义经济进入到一个新的发展阶段。
[Abstract]:In the process of capitalist economic development, financial capital hegemony has evolved from traditional hegemony to modern hegemony in the process of continuous construction and deconstruction. According to the stage of capitalist economic development, the evolution process can be divided into three stages: private monopoly capitalism, state monopoly capitalism and new hegemonic monopoly capitalism of financial capital. It is the construction logic of financial capital hegemony in the stage of private monopoly capitalism to realize the control of capitalist economy and society with giant monopoly enterprises as the carrier. Excessive expansion leads to the Great Depression and the financial capital must be dormant in capitalist countries in order to industrial capital, which is the logic of deconstruction of financial capital hegemony in the stage of state monopoly capitalism. The long-term decline of the profit margin of industrial capital in the 1970s and the failure of capitalist economic recovery in the 1980s forced the capital to seek a new accumulation path, which became the logic of the construction of the new hegemony of financial capital in the stage of the development of contemporary capitalism. The construction of new hegemony of financial capital indicates that capitalist economy has entered a new stage of development.
