【摘要】：正一、会议背景跨领域研究是科技发展的必然趋势.也是科技服务社会应对挑战的必然选择。对跨领域研究项目进行评价与选择、创新管理模式与提高研究质量、实施科学预测,对于国家科技活动和企业创新活动的开展具有重要意义。本次"论坛"在国家社会科学基金重大项目(11ZD140)、北京市重点学科的资助下,由北京工业大学与中国技术经济学会共同主办、
[Abstract]:First, cross-cutting research on the background of the conference is the inevitable trend of the development of science and technology. It is also the inevitable choice for the science and technology to serve the society to meet the challenge. The evaluation and selection of cross-field research projects, innovation management model, improvement of research quality and scientific prediction are of great significance for the development of national scientific and technological activities and enterprise innovation activities. The Forum was co-sponsored by the Beijing University of Technology and the China Institute of Technology and Economics with the support of the National Social Science Foundation Major Project (11ZD140) and key disciplines in Beijing.
