国内外航空公司经营效绩的灰色综合评价

【摘要】：本文运用AHP和灰色综合评价相结合的方法对国内四大航空公司和世界著名的十家航空公司的经营效绩进行了综合评价,通过评价得出国内四大航空公司经营效绩与国外优秀航空公司相比相对落后,其中国内四大航空公司的偿债能力表现最差,这应当企业管理层和其他利益相关者的高度重视,采取有效措施,改善公司经营状况。
[Abstract]:This paper uses the method of AHP and grey comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the performance of four domestic airlines and ten famous airlines in the world. Through the evaluation, it is concluded that the performance of the four domestic airlines is relatively backward compared with the foreign excellent airlines, among which the domestic four major airlines have the worst performance of solvency, which should be highly valued by the management and other stakeholders. Take effective measures to improve the operating conditions of the company.
