基于灰色关联度方法的越南海防港口物流系统评价及发展对策研究

【摘要】:21世纪被认为是海洋世纪,人们利用海洋的天然资源,促进和推动国家和该地区的经济。港口作为对外贸易进出口货物的配送中心,随着进口和出口货物的80%以上是通过海上运输,因为海洋路线运输是自由路线,有国际政策支持,因此,海洋行业在服务行业中具有巨大的潜力。海防港口因为现在存在很多局限,阻碍海防港部分物流活动的发展。为了达到理想的效果,需要创新管理海防港口物流服务,因为越南的海防港口物流还没有受到国内作者的兴趣研究。所以本论文研究的主要目标就是海防港口物流系统。本论文通过收集国内和国外的材料,从港口物流服务理论的研究和服务开发的角度研究了港口物流服务的理论性和实践性。同时,本论文介绍了海防港口物流系统的基本现状,港口物流系统的特点,另外分析了港口内外环境。通过物流的理论系统研究方法和物流整体一系列的活动环节,构建海防港口的物流评价指标系统。通过专家评价法与层次分析法计算指标权重以符合研究的要求。本文主要将层次分析法与灰色系统关联度方法相结合,建立海防港口物流系统评价模型,这样不仅能对物流系统中的子系统进行评价,又可以对整个物流系统进行综合评价。本论文定量分析的基本思路是:由层次分析法建立层次结构模型图,构造出判断矩阵并计算出矩阵的特征向量和特征值,从而可以得到港口物流系统指标的权重。然后,根据灰色关联分析法计算出不同港区的物流系统发展水平的评价结果向量,结合用层次分析法计算出的总权重,通过计算关联度,确定越南4大港口物流系统发展水平排序和子系统发展之间的关联程度。计算结果表明港口物流系统对港口物流发展的重要性,发现港口之间物流的每一个环节有什么区别,从而提出改革意见和计划。本论文的研究目标是改善物流系统,提出港口物流管理解决方案,推出相应的政策建议,设计相应的发展战略。
[Abstract]:The 21st century is regarded as the ocean century. People make use of the natural resources of the sea to promote and promote the economy of the country and the region. As a distribution center for foreign trade import and export goods, with more than 80% of the imported and exported goods transported by sea, because maritime routes are free routes and supported by international policies, The ocean industry has great potential in the service industry. There are many limitations in Haiphong Port, which hinder the development of some logistics activities in Haiphong Port. In order to achieve the ideal effect, it is necessary to innovate the management of coastal defense port logistics service, because Vietnam's coastal defense port logistics has not been studied by domestic authors. Therefore, the main goal of this paper is the port logistics system of coastal defense. Through collecting domestic and foreign materials, this paper studies the theory and practice of port logistics service from the point of view of port logistics service theory and service development. At the same time, this paper introduces the basic status of the port logistics system, the characteristics of the port logistics system, and analyzes the environment inside and outside the port. Through the research method of logistics theory system and a series of logistics activities, the evaluation index system of coastal port logistics is constructed. Expert evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) were used to calculate the index weight to meet the requirements of the research. In this paper, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is combined with the grey system correlation method to establish the evaluation model of the port logistics system of Haiphong, which can not only evaluate the subsystem of the logistics system, but also evaluate the whole logistics system synthetically. The basic idea of quantitative analysis in this paper is that the hierarchical structure model diagram is established by AHP, the judgment matrix is constructed and the eigenvector and eigenvalue of the matrix are calculated, and the weights of the indexes of port logistics system can be obtained. Then, according to the grey relational analysis method, the evaluation result vector of the development level of logistics system in different port areas is calculated. Combined with the total weight calculated by AHP, the correlation degree is calculated. Determine the degree of correlation between the level of development of the four ports logistics system and the development of subsystems in Vietnam. The results show the importance of port logistics system to the development of port logistics, and find out the differences in each link of port logistics, and then put forward the reform suggestions and plans. The research goal of this paper is to improve logistics system, put forward port logistics management solution, put forward corresponding policy recommendations, design corresponding development strategy.
