中远集运物流服务集成策略探讨

【摘要】：2008年全球经济危机给物流行业带来了巨大的冲击，贸易缓慢增长加剧了运能与需求的失衡。中远集装箱运输有限公司作为国内排名第一的集装箱航运物流企业，面对越来越激烈的市场竞争，仅依靠国内出口物流服务需求已不能适应企业发展的需要，重新定义物流服务策略成为其发展的必然选择。本文研究内容主要分为三大部分。第一部分，首先描述了中远集运现有“全球承运人”物流服务策略，通过相关数据的横向与纵向比较，对企业物流服务现状进行描述，并分析现阶段遇到的问题与挑战。第二部分主要研究内容为：依据战略管理思想，通过对中远集运物流服务环境进行分析，指出企业存在资源分散、服务分离、信息封闭、管理脱节等问题，严重影响其规模经济的实现。指出中远集运应当实施物流服务集成策略。该部分主要应用了PEST分析、波特五力模型、以及SWOT分析。第三部分主要研究内容为：在研究相关理论与文献的基础上，寻求中远集运破解当前经营困局的方法，，提出应当在资源集成、管理集成、信息集成与组织集成四个方面实施物流服务集成策略。结合中远集运经营现状，本文还设计了中远集运物流服务集成策略实施的物流服务集成平台，以及与之相适应的集成物流服务网络结构。
[Abstract]:The 2008 global economic crisis has brought a huge impact on the logistics industry, the slow growth of trade has exacerbated the imbalance between capacity and demand. Cosco Container Transportation Co., Ltd., as the first container shipping logistics enterprise in China, is facing more and more fierce market competition. Relying on the domestic export logistics service demand alone can not meet the needs of enterprise development. Redefining logistics service strategy becomes the inevitable choice of its development. The content of this paper is divided into three parts. In the first part, the author first describes the current logistics service strategy of COSCO's "Global Carrier", through the horizontal and vertical comparison of relevant data, describes the current situation of enterprise logistics services, and analyzes the problems and challenges encountered at the present stage. The second part of the main research content is: according to the strategic management thought, through carries on the analysis to the Cosco gathering transportation logistics service environment, points out that the enterprise exists the resources dispersion, the service separation, the information closure, the management disconnection and so on. Seriously affect its realization of economies of scale. It is pointed out that COSCO should implement logistics service integration strategy. In this part, pest analysis, Porter's five-force model and SWOT analysis are used. In the third part, the main research contents are as follows: on the basis of studying the relevant theories and literature, we seek the methods to solve the current management difficulties of COSCO, and propose that the integration of resources and management should be carried out. Logistics service integration strategy is implemented in four aspects: information integration and organization integration. Combined with the current management situation of COSCO, this paper also designs an integrated logistics service integration platform for COSCO's logistics service integration strategy, and an integrated logistics service network structure corresponding to the implementation of COSCO's logistics service integration strategy.
