长江经济带沿江铁路区域联动定价方法研究

【摘要】:为解决铁路运价缺乏有效的区域统筹运价下浮机制问题,以避免铁路局间的不良竞争,使得铁路整体效益最大化,通过分析我国沿江铁路运价现状与主要存在问题,研究沿江铁路区域定价方法。从时效性、安全性、经济性?3?个维度进行客户需求分析,确定客户选择铁路运输的可能性。然后,基于双层规划模型构建沿江铁路运价浮动模型,并给出案例分析。最后,为保障沿江区域铁路联动定价的实施,提出沿江铁路运价统筹策略。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of lack of effective regional overall freight rate floating mechanism, in order to avoid the bad competition among railway bureau and maximize the overall benefit of railway, this paper studies the regional pricing method of railway along the Yangtze River by analyzing the present situation and main existing problems of railway freight rate along the Yangtze River in China. From timeliness, security, economy? 3? Customer demand analysis is carried out in order to determine the possibility of customers choosing railway transportation. Then, based on the bilevel programming model, the floating model of railway freight rate along the Yangtze River is constructed, and a case study is given. Finally, in order to ensure the implementation of railway linkage pricing along the Yangtze River, the overall strategy of railway freight rate along the Yangtze River is put forward.
