【摘要】:中共十八大报告提出建设社会主义文化强国,强调要为人民提供广阔的文化舞台。在此背景下,博物馆的作用日益重要,随着其功能的不断演进,观众的地位也越来越突显,而让人们有机会和博物馆相遇,亲民是首要步骤。如何亲民?观众调查无疑是亲民的首要举措,是连接博物馆和观众交流的桥梁和纽带。借助调查了解观众,正确地分析观众参观行为,熟知他们的需求、满意度等,对博物馆开展有针对性的社会教育,提供热情周到的惠民服务有着非常重要的现实意义。本文围绕“文化惠民,必先亲民”这一主题,就博物馆与观众,博物馆观众的调查、统计与分析,以及解决措施进行以下论述: 前言部分简要阐述了问题的研究背景、意义,指出观众日益增长的精神文化的需求同落后的观众研究之间的矛盾,引出观众调查研究的重要意义以及研究的方法与过程。 文章第一章讨论博物馆的内涵及其功能演变;博物馆观众的基本定义与类型以及博物馆观众调查研究的重要性。可以说,博物馆观众与调查研究是博物馆自身发展的内在要求和驱动力,二者不仅提高了博物馆实务工作的科学性,也对博物馆学的发展起着一定的推动作用。 文章第二章主要从2010~2012年马鞍山博物馆观众调查谈起,利用大量图文信息,对博物馆观众调查的主要方法与内容进行分析研究,找出其特点与规律并提出相应的建议与措施,形成初步认识。最后依据对博物馆观众需求、满意度调查与分析,借助“马斯洛需求层次原则”,得出博物馆为观众的需求所应做出的积极努力与亲民、惠民的举措。 在文章的结论部分指出了研究的基本结论、不足并提出新问题。
[Abstract]:The report of the 18 National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the construction of a socialist cultural power, emphasizing the need to provide a broad cultural stage for the people. In this context, the role of museums has become increasingly important, with the continuous evolution of its functions. The status of the audience is also becoming increasingly prominent, and let people have the opportunity to meet with the museum, the first step is to get close to the people. How to get close to the people? Audience survey is undoubtedly the first measure of the people, is the bridge and link between the museum and the audience. With the help of the survey to understand the audience, correctly analyze the behavior of the audience, familiar with their needs, satisfaction and so on. It is very important for the museum to carry out targeted social education and provide warm and thoughtful service to the people. This paper focuses on the theme of "culture benefits the people, must first get close to the people", on the museum and the audience. Museum audience surveys, statistics and analysis, and solutions to the following: The preface briefly expounds the background and significance of the research, and points out the contradiction between the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the audience and the backward audience. This paper introduces the significance of the investigation and research of the audience, as well as the method and process of the research. The first chapter discusses the connotation and function evolution of the museum. The basic definition and type of museum audience and the importance of museum audience investigation and research can be said that museum audience and research is the inherent requirement and driving force of museum itself development. Both of them not only improve the scientific nature of museum practice, but also promote the development of museology. The second chapter mainly from 2010 to 2012 Ma on Shan Museum audience survey, using a large number of graphic and text information, the main methods and contents of the museum audience investigation were analyzed and studied. Find out its characteristics and laws, and put forward corresponding suggestions and measures to form a preliminary understanding. Finally, based on the museum audience needs, satisfaction investigation and analysis, with the help of "Maslow needs hierarchy principle". The article concludes that the museum should make positive efforts for the needs of the audience and benefit the people. In the conclusion part, the author points out the basic conclusions of the research, and puts forward some new problems.
