【摘要】：近些年来，我国旅游业的飞速发展促使旅游小城镇建设高潮来临。由于具有优美的自然风光和多样的文化民俗，山区小城镇具有了发展旅游城镇的先决条件——丰富的旅游资源。但是，山区作为特殊的地域单元，存在的问题十分突出：经济基础薄弱、产业结构不合理、生态环境脆弱、人才匮乏、资本短缺、就业压力大，这些都制约着旅游业的发展。因此，本文希望通过对山区小城镇的研究，最大限度的挖掘旅游业对山区城镇的带动作用，寻找到一条适合山区小城镇可持续发展的道路。本文首先以山区小城镇石台县为主要研究对象，通过对国内外已有成果的研究，从旅游资源、社会背景、旅游经济效益等方面推论出石台县适合发展旅游城镇；然后，分析石台县在发展旅游业过程中产生的种种问题。接着，以婺源旅游城镇的发展作为案例，阐述旅游业在经济发展、社会进步、环境保护三个方面极大地促进了城镇发展。本文通过借鉴婺源的建设策略，提出了适合石台县的旅游城镇发展方向、旅游开发策略、山区城镇规划设计方法和规划管理方式。最后，结合国内外旅游城镇建设的成功经验和石台县探索旅游城镇发展的研究结论，提出我国同类山区旅游城镇的未来发展思路，使山区旅游小城镇永葆活力，，走上可持续发展的道路。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid development of China's tourism industry to promote the construction of small towns tourism climax coming. Because of its beautiful natural scenery and a variety of folk culture, the mountain towns with pre - rich tourism resources conditions for the development of tourist towns. However, the mountain as a special geographical unit, the existing problems are very striking. Weak economic foundation, unreasonable industrial structure, fragile ecological environment, lack of personnel, lack of capital, high employment pressure, these are restricting the development of the tourism industry. Therefore, this paper hopes to research on the mountain towns, to maximize tourism in mountainous towns, to find a suitable for small the mountain town of the road of sustainable development.
In this paper, the mountain towns in Shitai County as the main research object, through to the domestic and foreign research achievements, from the social background, tourism resources, tourism economic benefits and other aspects to infer Shitai County for the development of tourist towns; then, analysis of Shitai county had all sorts of problems in the development of tourism industry in the development. Then, Wuyuan tourism town as an example, expounds the tourism industry in the economic development, social progress, environmental protection three aspects greatly promotes the urban development. The construction strategy of Wuyuan, put forward the development direction of Shitai County town of tourism, tourism development strategy, mountain town planning design and planning management. Finally, combined with the successful experience of domestic and foreign tourism and urban construction of Shitai county tourism development of urban exploration research conclusion, put forward a mountainous tourist town in China similar future development ideas To keep the small towns in mountainous areas to keep vigour and take the road of sustainable development.
