新疆旅游服务贸易竞争力及影响因素实证研究

【摘要】:随着世界范围内产业和经济结构的调整和全球化的逐步推进,服务贸易成为继商品贸易和FDI之外的一种重要的国际经济活动,全球经济竞争的重点正从货物贸易转向服务贸易。而旅游服务贸易是中国服务贸易的重要组成部分,几乎占全部服务贸易量的1/3,它的生存和发展直接主导着我国服务贸易的总体发展趋势。 新疆位于我国的西北边陲,具有发展旅游服务贸易的良好的区位优势和旅游资源优势,,但是如何让这种资源优势转化为经济优势,提高新疆旅游服务贸易的附加值和竞争力,成为新疆实现“十二五”规划跨越式发展的重要问题。 因此,本文在比较优势理论和波特的产业竞争力的理论基础上,通过运用市场占有率、显示性比较优势指数等单项指标和主成分分析法建立的多项指标体系以及聚类分析法对新疆的旅游服务贸易的竞争力进行分析,最终得出新疆的旅游服务贸易竞争力在全国处于第25位,第三类,旅游服务贸易竞争力较差。然后通过建立实证模型得出影响新疆旅游服务贸易发展的重要因素为新疆人均GDP和汇率。最后,从宏观、微观两个方面提出提升新疆旅游服务贸易竞争力的策略建议。
[Abstract]:With the adjustment of industrial and economic structure in the world and the gradual promotion of globalization, trade in services has become an important international economic activity in addition to commodity trade and FDI. The focus of global economic competition is shifting from trade in goods to trade in services, and tourism trade in services is an important part of China's trade in services, accounting for almost 1/3 of the total volume of trade in services. Its existence and development directly dominate the overall development trend of China's service trade. Xinjiang is located in the northwestern border of our country. It has good location advantage and tourism resource advantage in developing tourism service trade, but how to turn this resource advantage into economic advantage. To improve the added value and competitiveness of Xinjiang's tourism service trade has become an important issue for Xinjiang to realize the "12th Five-Year Plan" leap-forward development. Therefore, on the basis of comparative advantage theory and Porter's theory of industrial competitiveness, this paper applies market share. The competitiveness of tourism service trade in Xinjiang is analyzed by the index of comparative advantage, the index system established by principal component analysis and cluster analysis. Finally, it is concluded that the competitiveness of tourism service trade in Xinjiang is in the 25th and the third category in the whole country. The competitiveness of tourism service trade is poor. Then through the establishment of empirical model, it is concluded that the important factors affecting the development of tourism service trade in Xinjiang are Xinjiang per capita GDP and exchange rate. Finally, from the macro perspective. Two micro-level suggestions are put forward to improve the competitiveness of Xinjiang tourism service trade.
