东莞旅游产业结构分析与优化研究

【摘要】:随着旅游产业发展限制因素的变化以及现代旅游产业发展升级的现实需求,,旅游产业单纯依靠规模扩张已不能实现速度与效益并举。而国家把旅游产业定位为“战略型支柱产业”,也迫切要求旅游产业结构在原有基础上进一步优化。东莞市旅游产业在取得一定发展的同时,内部结构性矛盾日益突出,导致其发展后劲不足。同时东莞旅游发展区域优势较强,拥有较大的发展机遇。 因此,本文根据统计资料的数据,对东莞旅游产业结构变化过程进行了总结,对其旅游产业发展过程中的结构性制约因素进行了系统分析,在相关原则下提出了有针对性的优化建议。 本文以产业经济学和产业结构优化理论为指导,将东莞旅游产业结构的演化规律与东莞旅游产业结构的优化结合起来进行实证分析,从内部结构、产业结构效益、产业结构关联性三个方面进行吧定量的全面系统的分析。在内部结构分析中,通过区位熵、相似系数以及系统熵值三个指标的计算,揭示了东莞市旅游产业结构与广东省及广州市相比较的优劣势;在结构效益分析中,运用传统偏离—份额分析法和动态偏离—份额分析法揭示了六大部门的优劣势,明确了整体以及各个部门的发展方向;在关联性分析中,采用灰色关联分析法对各部门与东莞旅游产业整体的关联程度进行分析,明确了产业发展过程中的部门关联程度及产业整体稳定性。 在各项分析的基础上,得出了东莞市旅游产业存在结构匹配性不足、旅游产业结构稳定性有待提高、旅游产业结构中弹性部门贡献率偏低、旅游产业结构内部结构关联度不高等几方面的问题,也正是这些问题制约了东莞市旅游产业结构整体效益的提高。 最后,针对以上问题提出优化东莞市旅游产业结构的具体策略:主导产业扩散效应提升结构效益、拓展东莞旅游产品谱系提高结构稳定性、娱乐部门外延升级提高游客停留时间及重游率、产业科技含量提升全面推动旅游产业结构优化。
[Abstract]:With the change of the limiting factors of the development of the tourism industry and the realistic demand of the development and upgrading of the modern tourism industry. The tourism industry can not achieve both speed and efficiency by simply relying on scale expansion, and the country has positioned the tourism industry as a "strategic pillar industry". It is urgent to optimize the structure of the tourism industry on the basis of the original. While the tourism industry in Dongguan has made certain development, the internal structural contradictions are becoming more and more prominent. At the same time, Dongguan tourism development has a strong regional advantage and has a large development opportunity. Therefore, based on the statistical data, this paper summarizes the process of tourism industry structure change in Dongguan, and systematically analyzes the structural constraints in the process of tourism industry development. Under the relevant principles, the paper puts forward some suggestions for optimization. Under the guidance of industrial economics and industrial structure optimization theory, this paper combines the evolution law of Dongguan tourism industry structure with the optimization of Dongguan tourism industry structure to carry on the empirical analysis from the internal structure. In the analysis of internal structure, through the calculation of location entropy, similarity coefficient and system entropy, the paper makes a quantitative and systematic analysis on the benefits of industrial structure and the relevance of industrial structure. It reveals the advantages and disadvantages of the tourism industry structure of Dongguan compared with Guangdong province and Guangzhou city. In the structural benefit analysis, the traditional deviation-share analysis method and the dynamic deviation-share analysis method are used to reveal the advantages and disadvantages of the six major departments, and the development direction of the whole and the various departments is clarified. In the correlation analysis, grey correlation analysis method is used to analyze the correlation degree between each department and the tourism industry in Dongguan, and the correlation degree of the department and the stability of the whole industry in the process of industrial development are clarified. On the basis of all kinds of analysis, it is concluded that the tourism industry in Dongguan has insufficient structural matching, the stability of tourism industry structure needs to be improved, and the contribution rate of elastic sector in tourism industry structure is low. It is these problems that restrict the whole benefit of tourism industry structure in Dongguan City, such as the low correlation degree of internal structure of tourism industry structure, and so on. Finally, aiming at the above problems, the paper puts forward the specific strategies to optimize the tourism industry structure of Dongguan: the diffusion effect of leading industries to enhance the structural benefits, and to expand the tourism product pedigree in Dongguan to improve the structural stability. The extension upgrade of entertainment department improves the stay time and revisiting rate of tourists, and promotes the optimization of tourism industry structure in an all-round way by the improvement of industry science and technology content.
