西部森林生态旅游效益评价及发展对策研究

【摘要】：西部地区生态资源丰富,景色秀美,少数民族聚集,民族文化资源丰富,这使得其生态旅游发展得天独厚。党的十八大报告提出建设生态文明,这为以生态保护为主要目标的森林生态旅游景区,乃至西部生态旅游业带来新的发展机遇。但由于起步慢、发展晚等原因,西部森林生态旅游业存在发展障碍,严重制约规模发展与效益提升。本文利用基于因子分析的评价法对三个典型西部森林生态旅游景区进行评价。制定西部森林生态旅游景区效益评价指标体系(生态效益、经济效益、社会效益),利用因子分析对景区指标变量进行几何处理,提取公共因子,计算相应因子得分以获取评价结果,并对结果进行比较分析；求解综合效益评价结果,并对其进行比较分析。通过对三个典型西部森林生态旅游景区效益评价结果的比较分析,提出西部森林生态旅游业发展对策建议。
[Abstract]:The western region is rich in ecological resources, beautiful scenery, gathering of ethnic minorities and rich national cultural resources, which makes the development of ecotourism unique. The report of the 18 National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the construction of ecological civilization. This brings new opportunities for the development of forest ecotourism scenic spots with the main goal of ecological protection, and even the ecotourism in the west. However, due to the slow start and late development, there are obstacles to the development of forest ecotourism in the west. Seriously restrict the development of scale and efficiency. In this paper, the evaluation method based on factor analysis is used to evaluate three typical western forest ecotourism scenic spots. Social benefit, using factor analysis to deal with the index variable of scenic spot, extracting common factor, calculating the corresponding factor score to obtain the evaluation result, comparing and analyzing the result, solving the comprehensive benefit evaluation result, Through the comparative analysis of the evaluation results of the three typical western forest ecotourism scenic spots, the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the western forest eco-tourism are put forward.
