江油市乡村旅游影响因素及对策研究

【摘要】：乡村旅游作为一种时尚的放松方式被广大市民所接受。从宏观角度来讲乡村旅游是旅游城市以及旅游区位建设的重要组成部分,从微观角度去讲发展乡村旅游能够很好的刺激旅游区周边的农村经济发展。此外,在发展乡村旅游的过程中对旅游资源的多元化利用具有重要的意义与价值。因此,在我国很多地方尤其是传统的、知名的旅游景点大力的开发乡村旅游资源。在针对乡村旅游的开发与规划的过程中我们发现其收到区位因素、传统旅游项目因素、以及当地地理条件等因素的制约与带动作用明显。江油市素来具有旅游城市的美称,对传统的旅游项目开发比较到位。李白故居的旅游区位效应为其发展旅游产业提供了诸多的便利。今年江油市大力发展乡村旅游已经取得了一定的成效。从经济指标来看,2011年乡村旅游带来的附加产值超过了15亿人民币。为乡村旅游的建设带来的新的思路与发展契机。但是,乡村旅游的建设由于起步较晚且缺少必要的理论支持在建设的过程中同时还存在一定的不足与问题。本文以文献分析与调查问卷为基本的数据来源,采用数据的深度挖掘、理论分析等手段为基本的研究方法对江油市乡村旅游的评价体系进行建设。在找到基本的影响因素的基础之上,确定不同因素的影响权重,并以此为基础对江油市乡村旅游的现状进行评价。通过数学模型的评价体系找到江油市乡村旅游发展的限制性因素。以及在建设过程中存在的问题。根据实证研究发现,在江油市乡村旅游的建设过程中：内部交通条件、城市知名度、总体服务质量、旅游区域内商户开发、外部区域交通条件、配套交通设施、旅游区域建设特点、纪念品特色、项目参与程度、景区治安情况是其有效的影响因素。并通过组成分分析确定了交通状况、城市的知名度以及总体的服务质量是其主要的限制性因素。根据个人感官以及调查问卷的分析还发现在其主要限制性因素的发展与构建过程中存在一定的问题,诸如交通系统等基础设施不完善、城市知名度不高以及旅游区整体规划管理与服务体系建设不到位等问题。基于实证存在的问题本文从如下方面给出了自己的改进与提高对策：建立集约化旅游发展模式、加强区域内旅游管理规划、以品牌建设为主导提高旅游区位竞争力、建立政府主导平台,合理分配利益所得、加强投入力度,建设基础设施以及完善相关法令,保护当地文化等六个方面。希望通过改进对策能够提高江油市乡村旅游的综合竞争力,并建设具有一定规模的乡村旅祷区。同时希望通过本文的研究能够为国内外同类的旅游区域建设提供一定的评价方法以及改进对策。
[Abstract]:Rural tourism, as a fashionable way to relax, is accepted by the general public. From a macro point of view, rural tourism is an important part of the construction of tourist cities and tourist areas. The development of rural tourism can stimulate the development of rural economy around the tourism area from a micro perspective. In addition, it is of great significance and value to diversify the utilization of tourism resources in the process of developing rural tourism. In many places in China, especially in the traditional, well-known tourist attractions, we vigorously develop rural tourism resources. In the process of development and planning of rural tourism, we found that it received location factors, traditional tourism project factors, As well as local geographical conditions and other factors, the constraints and driving effect are obvious. Jiangyou City has always been known as a tourist city. The tourism area effect of Li Bai's former residence has provided a lot of convenience for the development of tourism industry. Jiangyou City has made some achievements in developing rural tourism in Jiangyou City this year. According to the indicators, the additional output value brought by rural tourism in 2011 exceeded 1.5 billion RMB. This brings new ideas and development opportunities to the construction of rural tourism. However, The construction of rural tourism has some shortcomings and problems in the process of construction due to its late start and the lack of necessary theoretical support. In this paper, the literature analysis and questionnaire as the basic data source, using the depth of data mining, Theoretical analysis and other means are the basic research methods to build the evaluation system of rural tourism in Jiangyou city. On the basis of finding the basic influencing factors, the influence weight of different factors is determined. Based on this, the paper evaluates the present situation of rural tourism in Jiangyou city. Through the evaluation system of mathematical model, it finds out the restrictive factors of the development of rural tourism in Jiangyou city, as well as the problems existing in the process of construction. In the process of construction of rural tourism in Jiangyou City: internal traffic conditions, city popularity, overall service quality, development of merchants in tourism area, external regional traffic conditions, supporting traffic facilities, characteristics of tourism area construction, souvenir features, The degree of participation in the project, the security situation of the scenic spot is the effective influencing factor, and the traffic condition is determined by the analysis of the composition of the project. The popularity of the city and the overall service quality are the main restrictive factors. According to the analysis of the personal senses and the questionnaire, it is also found that there are some problems in the development and construction of the main restrictive factors. Such as transportation system and other infrastructure is not perfect, the city is not well known, and the overall planning, management and service system construction of tourist area is not in place. Based on the problems existing in the empirical research, this paper puts forward its own improvement and countermeasures from the following aspects: establishing the intensive tourism development model, strengthening the tourism management planning in the region, and taking brand building as the leading factor to improve the competitiveness of the tourism area. Establish a government-led platform, distribute the benefits reasonably, strengthen investment, build infrastructure and improve relevant laws and regulations, It is hoped that the comprehensive competitiveness of rural tourism in Jiangyou City can be enhanced through improved countermeasures in six aspects, such as protecting local culture. At the same time, it is hoped that the research in this paper can provide some evaluation methods and improve countermeasures for the similar tourism regions at home and abroad.
