都昌县多宝乡旅游资源开发与集镇规划研究

【摘要】：本世纪初,我国的城镇化建设和现代乡村旅游为促进农村产业结构转型创造了机遇。尤其在国家旅游局将2006年的旅游主题确定为“中国乡村游”,要求“旅游产业促进社会主义新农村建设”后,集镇规划也受到了积极的改革推动。本研究的目的是在集镇总体规划阶段开展“乡域旅游发展规划”,使集镇总体规划更加科学和完善,促进乡村经济社会全面发展。开展“乡域旅游发展规划”的研究和实践,对集镇总体规划理论发展有重要意义,对广大农村的精神文明和物质文明建设有重要的现实意义。本研究重点采用了理论和实践相结合的方法,探讨了“乡域旅游资源开发”与“乡域旅游发展规划”理论,并以都昌县多宝乡集镇总体规划项目为实证对象开展了“乡域旅游发展规划”,还为落实旅游规划提出了系列措施和建议。研究表明,即使没有国家级风景名胜区,广大农村也同样有旅游开发潜力；研究还表明,吸收了旅游规划元素的集镇总体规划,提升了规划品位和生态水平,强化了镇区和中心村的节点辐射地位,发掘了经济增长点,优化了乡域的产业结构布局。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of this century, The construction of urbanization and modern rural tourism in our country have created an opportunity to promote the transformation of rural industrial structure. Especially in the National Tourism Bureau, the tourism theme of 2006 has been determined as "China Rural Tour", which requires "Tourism Industry to promote the Social Master". After the construction of the new countryside, The purpose of this study is to carry out the "Rural Tourism Development Plan" in the stage of the overall planning of the towns, so as to make the overall planning of the towns more scientific and perfect. To promote the overall development of rural economy and society, to carry out the research and practice of "Rural Tourism Development Plan" is of great significance to the development of the overall planning theory of market towns. It has important practical significance for the construction of spiritual civilization and material civilization in rural areas. This study focuses on the combination of theory and practice, and probes into the theories of "development of tourism resources in rural areas" and "development planning of tourism in rural areas". With the overall planning project of Dobao Township in Duchang County as an example, the author carried out the "Rural Tourism Development Plan" and put forward a series of measures and suggestions for the implementation of the tourism planning. The study shows that even if there are no national scenic spots, The vast rural areas also have the potential for tourism development. The study also shows that the overall planning of market towns, which absorbs the elements of tourism planning, enhances the planning grade and ecological level, strengthens the radiation status of the nodes in the towns and central villages, and excavates the economic growth points. Optimize the layout of the rural industrial structure.
