产业融合背景下旅游供应链协调机制研究

【摘要】：近年来，信息技术的发展与国家政策的大力扶持推动了旅游业与其他产业的融合，在这样的背景下，旅游供应链的模式发生了什么样的变化以及这样的模式下旅游供应链存在怎样的协调问题，怎样应对新形势下旅游供应链出现的协调问题等是本文亟待解决的内容。本文以旅游供应链发展的运营模式为基础，结合博弈论、协调论等构建多元化的旅游供应链协调机制，并提出旅游供应链整体的优化对策，为旅游供应链的研究开辟一个新的方向。首先，本文对选题的研究背景、研究意义、相关问题的国内外研究综述、研究方法和研究内容进行了说明，并对相关概念和基本理论进行了概述，，为后文研究提供依据和指导。其次，根据产业融合的发展动因、基本类型及经济效果等分析旅游供应链发展的宏观产业环境；结合旅游业跨产业融合的背景、基本类型及动因等分析旅游供应链发展的微观行业环境；并就宏微观背景下旅游供应链运营模式的演变情况进行分析，提出了旅游供应链运营的新模式，并就新模式可能存在的协调问题进行分析和预测，为旅游供应链协调机制的构建提供现实指导。再次，结合旅游供应链协调问题，明确产业融合背景下旅游供应链的协调主体为旅游企业集团和政府及地方管理机构，从旅游供应链运行的角度提出协调的基本要素为产品流、资金流、信息流，进而构建基于产品层、信息层以及利益共享层的企业及政府宏微观多元化协调机制。最后，从优化旅游行业宏微观发展背景、完善相关政策、创新旅游供应链管理及提高旅游供应链内部协调的稳定性等五个角度提出了产业融合背景下旅游供应链发展的整体优化对策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of information technology and the strong support of national policies have promoted the integration of tourism and other industries. What kind of changes have taken place in the mode of tourism supply chain and how the coordination of tourism supply chain exists in this mode? How to deal with the coordination problems in the tourism supply chain under the new situation is the content to be solved in this paper. Based on the operation mode of tourism supply chain development, this paper constructs a diversified coordination mechanism of tourism supply chain based on game theory and coordination theory. The optimization countermeasures of tourism supply chain are put forward, which opens a new direction for the study of tourism supply chain. First of all, the research background, research significance, related issues at home and abroad, research methods and research content are described, and the related concepts and basic theories are summarized. To provide the basis and guidance for the later study. Secondly, the macro-industrial environment of tourism supply chain development is analyzed according to the development motivation, basic types and economic effect of tourism supply chain. This paper analyzes the micro industry environment of tourism supply chain development, analyzes the evolution of tourism supply chain operation mode under macro and micro background, and puts forward a new mode of tourism supply chain operation. The possible coordination problems of the new model are analyzed and forecasted to provide practical guidance for the construction of tourism supply chain coordination mechanism. Thirdly, combined with the coordination of tourism supply chain, the main body of coordination of tourism supply chain in the context of industry convergence is tourism enterprise group, government and local management agencies. From the point of view of the operation of tourism supply chain, the basic elements of coordination are product flow, capital flow, information flow, and then construct the macro and micro coordination mechanism of enterprise and government based on product layer, information layer and benefit sharing layer. Finally, from the optimization of the tourism industry macro and micro development background, improve the relevant policies, From the five angles of innovating tourism supply chain management and improving the stability of tourism supply chain internal coordination, this paper puts forward the overall optimization countermeasures of tourism supply chain development under the background of industry convergence.
