西洞庭湖湿地公园生态旅游的社区参与模式研究

【摘要】：在旅游业迅猛发展的今天,旅游模式趋于多样化,相对于经济水平比较落后西洞庭湖地区而言就显得尤为突出,而在社区参与当地的旅游模式更为多样,而且参与程度及对当地经济的发展呈现出来的作用也不尽相同,因此为当地探索和寻找一条合适的旅游发展模式是为当务之急。是实现湿地生态旅游可持续发展的必然要求。文章从湿地生态旅游发展、社区参与生态旅游日益受到重视和西洞庭湖湿地生态旅游的社区参的现状出发阐述了生态旅游、社区参与湿地生态旅游相关概念,并系统的介绍了目前旅游界较为成熟的生态旅游社区参与机制与模式,通过问卷调查对六种西洞庭湖社区参与湿地旅游模式的社区居民参与旅游率、参与政策与经营管理情况、利益分配、居民参与满意度进行了量化,并采用比较分析法、定量分析法对六种模式进行上述四个方面的比较,得知绝大部分社区居民参与只是一种个体经营活动；居民参与旅游经营管理与规划的机会很少；居民对各种模式的满意程度也不相同；股份制模式为社区居民所产生的利益均值最大。因此西洞庭湖湿地公园旅游发展的过程中社区参与应该走股份制模式的道路,同时还发现产生利益最大的模式并不是参与程度最高的,并对造成这一现象的制约因素进行了分析。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of tourism today, the tourism mode tends to be diversified, which is more prominent than the economic level in the west Dongting Lake area, and the tourism mode of community participation in the local area is more diverse.Moreover, the degree of participation and the effect on the development of local economy are different, so it is urgent for the local people to explore and find a suitable tourism development mode.It is an inevitable requirement to realize the sustainable development of wetland ecotourism.Based on the development of wetland ecotourism, the importance of community participation in ecotourism and the present situation of community participation in wetland ecotourism in West Dongting Lake, this paper expounds the related concepts of ecotourism and community participation in wetland ecotourism.It also systematically introduces the more mature ecotourism community participation mechanism and model in the tourism industry at present. Through the questionnaire survey, the paper makes a survey on the participation rate, policy, management and management of the six kinds of community participation in wetland tourism in the West Dongting Lake.The benefit distribution and the satisfaction degree of residents' participation are quantified, and the above four aspects of the six models are compared by comparative analysis and quantitative analysis, and the results show that the participation of the majority of community residents is only a kind of individual business activity.There are few opportunities for residents to participate in tourism management and planning; the degree of satisfaction of residents to the various modes is also different; the shareholding model has the largest average benefits for the residents of the community.Therefore, in the process of tourism development of West Dongting Lake Wetland Park, community participation should follow the path of joint-stock system, and it is also found that the model that produces the greatest benefits is not the highest degree of participation.The restrictive factors of this phenomenon are analyzed.
