世界文化遗产敦煌莫高窟开发与游客满意度关系分析

【摘要】：随着社会的发展，旅游已成为人们日常生活的一种消遣活动。在旅游发展过程中，，拥有突出价值的世界文化遗产被越来越多的游客所青睐。游客的满意度是衡量景区旅游发展的重要指标，能够为景区的发展提供动力。因此，对世界文化遗产旅游地游客满意度影响因素的研究具有重要的现实意义：景区能够有针对性地改善服务和管理，提升游客满意度，提高景区的竞争力和影响力，提升景区在旅游市场上的地位，并为其他同类型景区的管理提供借鉴。敦煌莫高窟作为我国唯一符合世界文化遗产全部六项评定标准的文化遗产，具有极高的历史文化价值和科学艺术价值。研究莫高窟的旅游发展，不仅是对历史的回顾，更是对遗产文化的传承。本文在对世界遗产旅游和游客满意度的相关文献研究回顾的基础上，分析了我国世界文化遗产的基本情况及其旅游开发现状，同时对敦煌和莫高窟的基本情况作了说明。总结前人已有的研究成果，从影响游客满意度的众多因素中选取有代表性的指标构成游客满意度的指标测评体系。借助SPSS软件对调查问卷收集的原始数据进行分析，结合诸如旅游学、管理学、经济学、统计学等多学科的理论方法对敦煌莫高窟景区的游客满意度进行实证研究。通过因子分析得到影响敦煌莫高窟游客满意度的四个因子：景区管理、景点特色、膳宿感知和购物娱乐。运用独立样本T检验和方差分析研究游客的个体特质对总体满意度的影响并将提取的四个因子与游客满意度进行回归分析验证构建的模型。本文认为景区的管理服务对游客满意度的影响最大，其次是购物娱乐，然后是景点特色，膳宿感知对游客满意度的影响最小，在此基础上详细分析了影响游客满意度的各因素。本研究结论对提高敦煌莫高窟的旅游开发水平和提升游客满意度有重要的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, tourism has become a kind of recreation in people's daily life.In the process of tourism development, the world cultural heritage with outstanding value is favored by more and more tourists.Tourist satisfaction is an important index to measure the tourism development of scenic spots, which can provide impetus for the development of scenic spots.Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the factors influencing the tourist satisfaction of the world cultural heritage tourist destination: the scenic spot can improve the service and management, enhance the tourist satisfaction, enhance the competitiveness and influence of the scenic spot.To enhance the status of scenic spots in the tourism market, and to provide reference for the management of other similar scenic spots.Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes, as the only cultural heritage of our country that meets all the six evaluation criteria of the world cultural heritage, has a very high historical and cultural value and scientific and artistic value.To study the tourism development of Mogao Grottoes is not only a review of history, but also a heritage culture.Based on the review of the literature on the world heritage tourism and tourist satisfaction, this paper analyzes the basic situation of the world cultural heritage and its tourism development in China, and explains the basic situation of Dunhuang and Mogao Grottoes.This paper summarizes the previous research results and selects representative indicators from many factors that affect tourist satisfaction to constitute the index evaluation system of tourist satisfaction.With the help of SPSS software, this paper analyzes the original data collected by the questionnaire, and makes an empirical study on the tourist satisfaction of the Mogao Grottoes in Dunhuang by combining the theories and methods of tourism, management, economics, statistics and so on.Through factor analysis, four factors influencing the satisfaction of tourists in Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes are obtained: scenic spot management, scenic spot characteristics, accommodation perception and shopping and entertainment.The independent sample T test and ANOVA were used to study the influence of tourists' individual traits on the overall satisfaction. The four factors extracted from the model and the tourist satisfaction were analyzed by regression analysis to verify the model.This paper holds that the management service of scenic area has the greatest influence on tourist satisfaction, followed by shopping and entertainment, and then the characteristics of scenic spots, and the perception of accommodation has the least impact on tourist satisfaction. On this basis, the factors affecting tourist satisfaction are analyzed in detail.The conclusion of this study is of great significance for improving tourism development level and tourist satisfaction of Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes.
