【摘要】：在社会经济快速发展、城市化进程加剧的今天,伴随着人们对走进自然地渴望的升温,走进森林体验自然正成为现代人追求的新时尚。业内人士认为以森林公园为主体的森林生态旅游方兴未艾,有着巨大的市场需求和广阔的发展前景。森林生态旅游越来越为人们所关注,是当前旅游业界和学界的一个热门话题。延边地区森林资源十分丰富,由于特殊的地理环境和不便的交通条件等原因,使得这些高品质的森林生态文化旅游资源未能转变为旅游资本。另外,由于资金短缺、科技与文化的投入不足,落后的经济、文化现状等制约因素影响着延边州国家森林公园周边地区经济和社会发展。森林生态旅游资源在空间、时间、经济性都具有其特殊性,这些特性决定了要对其整合开发。因此,本文选择了森林资源丰富的吉林省延边州作为研究地域范围,研究森林生态旅游的整合开发问题。本文主要采用文献归纳、调查法和比较分析法,首先在对森林生态旅游发展研究相关文献资料进行整理的基础上,对森林生态旅游相关理论,可持续发展理论、区域经济理论进行详细阐述,分析这些理论对本研究的指导意义；其次,对延边地区森林生态旅游发展现状、存在的问题及原因进行分析；再次,进一步深入分析影响延边地区森林生态旅游整合开发的影响因素；最后,在以上分析基础上,提出延边地区森林生态旅游整合开发的对策建议。通过分析研究得出以下结论：延边地区森林生态旅游发展存在的主要问题是：对森林生态旅游内涵的理解存在误区；旅游管理体制亟待理顺；森林旅游产品开发不足；森林生态旅游开发建设明显落后；森林生态旅游管理人才严重缺乏；森林生态旅游宣传不够。延边地区森林生态旅游整合开发的影响因素主要是：延边地区森林生态旅游发展受经济因素制约,特别是受投资因素的制约和影响；区域生态环境是影响延边地区森林生态旅游产业实现可持续发展的关键；延边森林生态旅游发展离不开制度支持；延边地区森林生态旅游发展的根本动力在于解放思想、创新理念。论文在分析基础上,提出了延边地区森林生态旅游整合开发的对策主要有：要有政策法律支持和保障；延边地区要有统一规划,并做到有序开发；要构建特色突出的旅游整体形象；将延边已有的自然生态资源、历史文化资源、民俗资源优势等打造形成以民俗风情文化之旅为主题的森林生态旅游；有限度的经营权转让、合资、合作等方式来吸引外部资金投入等。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy and the aggravation of urbanization, with the heating up of people's desire to walk into nature, it is becoming a new fashion for modern people to experience nature.People in the industry believe that forest eco-tourism with forest park as the main body is in the ascendant and has a huge market demand and broad development prospects.Forest ecotourism is more and more concerned by people, and it is a hot topic in tourism industry and academic circles.The forest resources in Yanbian area are very rich. Due to the special geographical environment and inconvenient traffic conditions, these high quality forest eco-cultural tourism resources can not be transformed into tourism capital.In addition, due to the shortage of funds, insufficient investment in science and technology and culture, backward economy, cultural status quo and other factors affect the economic and social development of the surrounding areas of Yanbian National Forest Park.The forest ecotourism resource has its particularity in space, time and economy.Therefore, this paper chooses Yanbian prefecture, which is rich in forest resources, as the research area to study the integration and development of forest ecotourism.This article mainly adopts the literature induction, the investigation method and the comparative analysis method, first carries on the collation to the forest ecotourism development research related literature material, to the forest ecotourism related theory, the sustainable development theory,The regional economic theory is elaborated in detail, and the guiding significance of these theories to this study is analyzed. Secondly, the present situation, problems and causes of forest eco-tourism development in Yanbian region are analyzed.Further in-depth analysis of the impact of forest eco-tourism development in Yanbian area factors; finally, on the basis of the above analysis, put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the integrated development of forest eco-tourism in Yanbian area.The main problems in the development of forest ecotourism in Yanbian are as follows: misunderstanding of the connotation of forest ecotourism, the urgent need to rationalize the tourism management system, the insufficient development of forest tourism products;The development and construction of forest ecotourism are obviously backward, the management personnel of forest ecotourism are seriously lacking, and the propaganda of forest ecotourism is not enough.The main factors affecting the integrated development of forest ecotourism in Yanbian area are as follows: the development of forest ecotourism in Yanbian area is restricted by economic factors, especially by investment factors;The regional ecological environment is the key to the sustainable development of forest ecotourism industry in Yanbian area; the development of forest ecotourism in Yanbian can not be separated from institutional support; the fundamental motive force for the development of forest ecotourism in Yanbian lies in emancipating the mind.Innovative idea.On the basis of analysis, the paper puts forward the countermeasures of integrated development of forest ecotourism in Yanbian area, such as: policy and legal support and guarantee, unified planning and orderly development in Yanbian area;It is necessary to construct the overall image of tourism with outstanding characteristics; to create forest ecotourism with the theme of folk-custom culture tour, such as the advantages of natural ecological resources, historical and cultural resources and folklore resources available in Yanbian; and to transfer limited management rights.Joint venture, cooperation and other ways to attract external capital input and so on.
