珲春市旅游资源评价与开发研究

【摘要】：时代发展到今天,旅游产业成为全球性的支柱性产业。我国改革开放三十多年来,旅游产业也已由朝阳产业发展成为骄阳产业。珲春市地处中、俄、朝三国交汇点,地理区位优越、生态保存完整、人文历史丰富、气候温润宜人,地域广阔,环山临海,交通便利。国家相继在珲春批设了边境经济合作区、中俄互市贸易区、出口加工区和图们江区域国际合作示范区,并获得了国家级卫生城市、园林城市、森林城市和省级文明城市等多项荣誉称号,其特殊的战略发展地位和丰富且高品位的旅游资源,为珲春旅游业的发展创造了无可比拟的条件。珲春作为长吉图先导区以及图们江区域开发窗口城市,旅游产业必将发展成为主导经济。虽然珲春旅游资源丰富,发展前景广阔。然而,目前珲春市的各类旅游资源、旅游产品和旅游市场缺乏系统的评价分析和理论研究,理论和实践难以统筹作用,阻碍了珲春旅游产业的科学合理发展。对珲春的旅游资源进行科学合理的评价,为珲春的旅游产业夯实基础,对珲春的经济建设和社会发展具有非常重要的现实和长远意义。本文从旅游资源的定义、分类和旅游资源评价的概念、目的入手,对当前的旅游资源评价原则、方法进行归纳总结。以此为基础,选取防川景区中的代表性景点和区外景点为具体研究对象,对珲春的旅游资源进行调查、分析和评价。理论结合实践,提出合理化建议,为地方政府在发展旅游经济方面提供决策依据。
[Abstract]:Today, the tourism industry has become a global pillar industry. Since the reform and opening to the outside world, tourism industry has developed from sunrise industry to sun industry. Hunchun City is located at the intersection of China, Russia and North Korea, with superior geographical location, complete ecological preservation, rich humanistic history, warm and pleasant climate, vast area, mountain and sea, and convenient transportation. In Hunchun, the state has successively approved the establishment of a border economic cooperation zone, a Sino-Russian trade zone, an export processing zone and an international cooperation demonstration zone for the Tumen River region, and has obtained a national health city and a garden city. Many honorary titles such as forest city and provincial civilized city, its special strategic development status and rich and high grade tourist resources have created unparalleled conditions for the development of Hunchun tourism. Hunchun, as a leading region of Changji River and a window city of Tumen River region development, tourism industry will develop into a leading economy. Although Hunchun tourism resources are rich, development prospects are broad. However, all kinds of tourism resources, tourism products and tourism market in Hunchun are lack of systematic evaluation, analysis and theoretical research, and it is difficult to coordinate theory and practice, which hinders the scientific and reasonable development of Hunchun tourism industry. The scientific and reasonable evaluation of Hunchun's tourism resources is of great realistic and long-term significance to the economic construction and social development of Hunchun. This paper starts with the definition, classification and concept of tourism resources evaluation, and summarizes the current principles and methods of tourism resources evaluation. On this basis, the representative scenic spots in Fangchuan Scenic area and the scenic spots outside Fangchuan area are selected as the specific research objects, and the tourist resources in Hunchun are investigated, analyzed and evaluated. Combining theory with practice, this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions to provide the decision basis for local government in developing tourism economy.
