广西宾阳县黎塘镇龙山旅游风景区项目规划与风险分析研究

【摘要】：目前我国十分重视城乡统筹发展,而乡村旅游已成为统筹城乡建设的一条重要路径。广西是一个多种族聚集的省份,尤其在乡村地区,不仅拥有良好的风景,更保留着原有的少数民族独特的民俗风情。因此将民俗风情、古老文化传说与现代景区旅游策划进行有效的融合,成了人们广泛关注的重要课题。本文将借助旅游管理及项目管理中的相关理论与知识,针对当下广西村旅游业发展规划缺乏科学性、开发经营者思想认识不足、产业规模小、设施不完善等问题,提出对黎塘镇龙山旅游风景区项目进行“旅游本体设计”的思考。通过考察镇龙山所在地的资源状况和开发条件,在对景区开发的优劣势分析的基础上,确定了“原生态山水休闲度假目的地”的旅游主题；明确了“以生态旅游、度假、休闲、会务、水上运动、养生康体目的地”的形象地位。同时对项目统筹城乡发展的意义进行了一定程度的描述。项目的开发将有效改善当地产业结构,提升周边农民收入水平,增加就业,维护民族团结。
[Abstract]:At present, China attaches great importance to the overall development of urban and rural areas, and rural tourism has become an important way to coordinate urban and rural construction. Guangxi is a multi-racial province, especially in rural areas, not only has good scenery, but also retains the original unique folk customs of ethnic minorities. Therefore, the combination of folk customs, ancient cultural legends and tourism planning of modern scenic spots has become an important issue of widespread concern. With the help of related theories and knowledge in tourism management and project management, this paper aims at the problems such as the lack of scientific development planning of Guangxi village tourism, the lack of understanding of the development managers, the small scale of industry, the imperfect facilities, and so on. This paper puts forward some thoughts on the design of tourism Noumenon for Longshan Tourism Scenic spot Project in Litang Town. On the basis of the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the development of the scenic spot, the tourism theme of "original ecological landscape leisure vacation destination" is determined by investigating the resource situation and development conditions of the town's Longshan site, and the tourism theme of "ecological tourism, vacation, leisure" is defined. Meeting, water sports, health and sports destination "image status." At the same time, the significance of urban and rural development of the project is described to a certain extent. The development of the project will effectively improve the local industrial structure, raise the income level of the surrounding farmers, increase employment and maintain national unity.
