南昌市旅行社员工满意度调查研究

【摘要】:随着全球经济一体化程度的不断提高,为了应对外国同行的严峻挑战,我国旅行社必须在有限的时间内,对资源进行更加有效的配置和利用以培养自身的核心竞争力。人力资源是现代企业的战略性资源,人力资源管理的效率直接决定了企业的竞争能力。员工对工作和企业的满意状况是人力资源管理的基础。如何提高员工满意度,吸引和留住人才,更好地发挥员工的能动性,己经成为现代企业管理面临的重要问题之一。南昌市旅行社目前的人力资源管理存在一定的问题,员工流动性较高,,针对南昌市旅行社的员工满意度进行实证研究,不仅具有重要的现实意义,而且具有深远的战略意义。 文章采用理论与实证相结合的研究方法,在参阅大量的国内外文献资料的基础上,归纳总结出员工满意度的影响因素。根据样本旅行社的实际情况,建立了员工满意度测评的指标体系,通过问卷调查的形式对样本旅行社进行员工满意度的调研,使用SPSS17.0分析出各项目指标的满意程度。调查研究发现,样本旅行社满意度最高的三个测评指标依次是:管理能力与领导风格、员工的自我内在的满意、考评与激励,最不满意的三项分别为工资福利待遇、人际关系、工作环境与条件。研究还发现,职位等级较高的员工满意度高于职位低的员工,学历高的员工满意度普遍低于学历低的员工,这些问题预示旅行社存在较严重的管理问题。文章根据员工满意度的测评结果,分析了旅行社管理问题,针对这些问题,从薪酬、环境、人际关系、员工发展等方面,提出了提升员工满意度的途径。 此次研究丰富了国内旅行社员工满意度实证研究领域。在员工满意度测评指标体系的选取上,充分考虑了样本旅行社的实际情况,保证了评价指标体系具有可操作性,通过员工满意度的调查,找出了其中影响员工满意度的问题所在,并且实践证明这些因素也是样本旅行社目前确实存在的问题,这在实践上是一个创新。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of global economic integration, in order to meet the severe challenge of foreign counterparts, our travel agencies must allocate and utilize resources more effectively in a limited time to cultivate their core competitiveness. Human resources are the strategic resources of modern enterprises. The efficiency of human resources management directly determines the competitiveness of enterprises. Employee satisfaction with work and enterprise is the basis of human resource management. How to improve employee satisfaction, attract and retain talents, and give full play to employees' initiative has become one of the important problems faced by modern enterprise management. There are some problems in the human resource management of Nanchang travel agency at present, and the staff mobility is high. The empirical research on the employee satisfaction of Nanchang travel agency is not only of great practical significance, but also of far-reaching strategic significance. This paper adopts the research method of combining theory and demonstration, and summarizes the influencing factors of employee satisfaction on the basis of consulting a lot of domestic and foreign literature. According to the actual situation of the sample travel agency, the index system of employee satisfaction evaluation is established, and the satisfaction degree of each item is analyzed by using SPSS17.0 through the investigation of employee satisfaction of sample travel agency in the form of questionnaire. The research found that the three indexes of the highest satisfaction of the sample travel agency are: management ability and leadership style, the inner satisfaction of the staff, the evaluation and encouragement, the three most unsatisfactory items are salary, welfare, interpersonal relationship, etc. Working environment and conditions. The study also found that employees with higher job rank are more satisfied than those with lower position, and those with high academic qualifications are generally lower than those with low qualifications. These problems indicate that there are serious management problems in travel agencies. According to the result of employee satisfaction evaluation, this paper analyzes the problems of travel agency management, and puts forward some ways to improve employee satisfaction from the aspects of salary, environment, interpersonal relationship, employee development and so on. This study enriches the field of empirical research on employee satisfaction of domestic travel agencies. In the selection of employee satisfaction evaluation index system, the actual situation of sample travel agency is fully considered, and the evaluation index system is operable, through the investigation of employee satisfaction, This paper finds out the problems that affect employee satisfaction, and the practice proves that these factors are the problems that the sample travel agencies do exist at present, which is an innovation in practice.
