河流游憩规划及其实证研究

【摘要】：在户外游憩环境的诸多类型中,河流,以其独特的生态系统特征吸引人们前来,发挥着游憩功能。但是,这种功能的发挥不是自然而然的,必须通过规划才能做到贤明的利用。河流游憩规划作为一个专用术语,目前仅停留在学术探讨上,还没有成为实务界独立使用的规划名称,甚至很少被完整提及。与河流游憩活动普遍开展的现状相比,河流游憩规划相关学术理论研究明显滞后。因此,对河流游憩规划进行独立、系统地研究在学术方面具有开拓性意义。本研究采用定性分析方法,从河流游憩规划等概念入手,试图通过相关规划的对比分析理清河流游憩规划的性质特点,进一步对规划类型进行细分,并以此为基础构建河流游憩规划框架,接着在众多规划类型中选取典型代表,并从最能体现规划价值的总体空间布局方面入手进行有针对性的理论研究,选择河流生态学理论、景观生态学理论、游憩空间布局理论、游憩机会谱理论、点-轴理论、园林设计理论中的部分成果作为指导空间布局规划的理论基础,最后将理论成果应用在重庆市荣昌县濑溪河游憩规划实践中,用案例阐释理论在实际规划中的应用。研究成果主要有：提出相关规划的重叠圆模型；分别从河流纵向变化、与城市的相对位置、规划范围的大小尺度、游憩活动类型组合四个角度将河流游憩规划划分为不同类型,构建了规划的三维研究框架模型；在吸收借鉴景观生态学、户外游憩学、经济地理学、园林设计学、游憩生态学中相关理论的基础上提出典型规划在总体空间布局规划方面所需的理论方法；制订出荣昌县郊濑溪河游憩地规划方案。所得成果对河流游憩规划研究具有创新性的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Among the various types of outdoor recreation environment, rivers attract people to come by their unique ecosystem characteristics and play a recreational role. However, the use of this function is not natural and must be planned to be used wisely. As a special term, river recreation planning has not been used as an independent planning name in the practical field, and is rarely mentioned in its entirety. Compared with the current situation of river recreation activities, the research on the relevant academic theory of river recreation planning lags behind obviously. Therefore, the independent and systematic research on river recreation planning is of great academic significance. This research adopts qualitative analysis method, starting with the concept of river recreation planning, attempts to clarify the nature and characteristics of river recreation planning through the comparative analysis of relevant planning, and further subdivides the planning types. On the basis of this, the author constructs the framework of river recreation planning, and then selects the typical representative in many planning types, and carries on the targeted theoretical research from the aspect of overall spatial layout, which can best reflect the value of planning, and chooses the theory of river ecology. Landscape ecology theory, recreation space layout theory, recreation opportunity spectrum theory, point-axis theory, landscape design theory, as the theoretical basis of guiding spatial layout planning. Finally, the theoretical results are applied to the practice of the recreational planning of the river in Rongchang County, Chongqing, and the application of the theory of case interpretation in the practical planning is also discussed. The main research results are as follows: put forward the overlapping circle model of related planning, divide river recreation planning into different types from four angles of river longitudinal change, relative position with city, size scale of planning scope, type combination of recreational activities. This paper constructs a three-dimensional research framework model of planning, draws lessons from landscape ecology, outdoor recreation, economic geography and landscape design. On the basis of the related theories in recreation ecology, this paper puts forward the theoretical method for the general spatial layout planning of typical planning, and formulates the planning scheme of the recreational area in the suburbs of Rongchang County. The results obtained are of innovative reference value for the study of river recreation planning.
