滦阳休闲度假园区旅游规划研究

【摘要】：近年来,我国休闲度假产业逐步发展起来,效益也是逐年增长。休闲度假园区作为集观光游览、休闲度假、康体疗养、餐饮住宿、社交会议、购物娱乐等众多功能于一体的一类综合性园区,能够给人们提供多样化和个性化的旅游产品,满足现今人们不断发展变化的旅游需求。但是,伴随着休闲度假园区的快速发展,由于受到急功近利、资金不足、缺乏良性指导等众多因素影响,园区自身也出现了一些问题,如开发杂乱无章,建设雷同、特色不明显,规模效益低下等问题,这将严重制约园区发展,使其失去竞争力。因此,如何对滦阳休闲度假园区进行旅游规划设计以及如何让其永续健康地发展下去,是值得探讨的。论文以滦阳休闲度假园区作为研究对象,共分四大部分进行研究。第一部分(第1章):介绍了选题背景、选题意义与目的、主要研究方法和研究内容框架结构;第二部分(第2章):为相关理论和文献综述,首先对休闲旅游、度假旅游、休闲度假旅游及休闲度假园区等相关概念进行了界定,又阐释了休闲度假园区的产生背景、国内外发展概况和存在问题,并运用景观生态学理论、区域与城市规划理论、园林相关理论、旅游学相关理论和可持续发展理论等相关理论,形成对休闲度假园区规划设计的一个正确完整的概念和全面理解,旨在为滦阳休闲度假园区的规划提供理论依据和指导;第三部分(第3~5章):针对滦阳休闲度假园区规划进行了深入的探讨,其中第3章通过现状调查,主要从规划范围、区位交通、自然环境、历史人文传统等方面介绍了滦阳休闲度假园区的基本概况;第4章运用SWOT分析法研究了滦阳休闲度假园区的发展潜力,并得出结论,同时还着重对其进行了旅游市场需求调查分析,从而对其旅游客源市场和主题产品市场进行了定位;第5章在以上分析的基础上,主要从规划思路、总体规划布局及分区规划、主要旅游项目策划、专项规划、基础设施规划、营销战略规划等方面对滦阳休闲度假园区进行规划设计,提出了符合园区自身情况的战略性规划;第四部分(第6章):得出结论,并指出今后的努力方向。承德滦阳休闲度假园区项目建成后,将形成承德独具特色的“皇家旅游休闲度假区”。随着旅游目的由观光游览向休闲度假的转变,园区将成为大避暑山庄中的旅游型田园城市区,从而成为承德市未来新的旅游中心、接待中心和经济中心,它必将对双滦区乃至承德市的发展起到重要的推动作用。期望本论文的研究,能够丰富来承游客的活动内容,有效增加游客在承停留时间,延长消费产业链,提升承德旅游业的品位和消费档次,从而为双滦区未来的城市建设提供指导,促进旅游业建设,带动经济发展,也为推进承德建设国际旅游城市提供支撑,以及对其它地区的休闲度假区规划提供可资借鉴的参考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, our country leisure vacation industry gradually develops, the benefit also is increases year by year. As a comprehensive park with many functions such as sightseeing and sightseeing, leisure vacation, recreation and sports convalescence, dining and lodging, social conference, shopping and entertainment, it can provide people with diversified and personalized tourism products. To meet the changing needs of tourism. However, with the rapid development of leisure and vacation parks, due to the impact of many factors, such as quick success, short of funds, lack of good guidance and other factors, the park itself has also appeared some problems, such as the development of messy, the construction of the same. The characteristic is not obvious, the scale benefit is low and so on, this will restrict the park development seriously, causes it to lose the competition ability. Therefore, it is worth discussing how to plan and design the tourism of Luanyang leisure vacation park and how to make it develop healthily. The thesis takes Luheyang leisure vacation park as the research object, altogether divides into four parts to carry on the research. The first part (Chapter 1: introduction of the background, significance and purpose of the topic, the main research methods and the framework of the research content, the second part (Chapter 2: for the related theory and literature review, the first part of the leisure tourism, vacation tourism, The related concepts such as leisure vacation tourism and leisure vacation park are defined, and the background, development situation and existing problems of leisure vacation park are explained, and the landscape ecology theory, regional and urban planning theory are used. Related theories such as garden theory, tourism theory and sustainable development theory form a correct and complete concept and comprehensive understanding of the planning and design of leisure and vacation parks. The purpose is to provide the theoretical basis and guidance for the planning of Luheyang leisure and vacation park. The third part (chapter 3: chapter 5: the planning of Luanyang leisure and vacation park is discussed in depth, and the third chapter is mainly from the planning scope through the investigation of the present situation. This paper introduces the basic situation of Luanyang Leisure and Holiday Park from the aspects of location transportation, natural environment, historical and humanistic tradition. Chapter 4 studies the development potential of Luanyang Leisure and Resort Park by using SWOT analysis method, and draws a conclusion. At the same time, it also focuses on the tourism market demand investigation and analysis, thus positioning the tourist market and the theme product market. Chapter 5, on the basis of the above analysis, mainly from the planning ideas, overall planning layout and zoning planning, The main tourism project planning, special planning, infrastructure planning, marketing strategic planning and other aspects of the Luanyang leisure and vacation park planning and design, proposed in accordance with the park's own situation of strategic planning; The fourth part (Chapter 6: draw a conclusion and point out the direction of future efforts. After the completion of Chengde Luanyang Leisure Holiday Park, Chengde's unique "Royal Tourism Leisure Resort area" will be formed. With the change of tourism purpose from sightseeing to leisure, the park will become a tourist rural urban area in the summer resort, thus becoming a new tourist center, reception center and economic center in Chengde City in the future. It will certainly play an important role in promoting the development of Shuangluan District and even Chengde City. It is hoped that the research in this paper can enrich the activity content of tourists, increase the stay time of tourists, prolong the consumption industry chain, and promote the grade and consumption grade of Chengde tourism. Thus it can provide guidance for the future urban construction of Shuangluan District, promote tourism construction, promote economic development, provide support for the construction of international tourism city in Chengde, and provide reference for the planning of leisure resorts in other regions.
