休宁县旅游业发展对策研究

【摘要】：休宁县位于安徽省最南端，地处皖南山区，作为历史文化名城和中国优秀旅游城市，拥有“中国状元第县、中国有机茶之乡和乡村旅游福地”三张城市名片。旅游业不仅在休宁的经济和社会发展中起到重要的推动作用，也是休宁走出安徽，走向全国，走向世界，展现休宁优美风光、乡土民俗、人文历史与文化传统的窗口和门户。近些年来，休宁县旅游业发展速度较快，旅游业在经济和社会发展中的地位日益突出，，旅游业的健康发展已经成为休宁经济发展的重要保障。但是随着旅游市场化、信息化和产业化的不断发展，休宁县旅游业在发展过程中也存在着不少的问题，并且面临着严峻的考验。本文在实地调研和对游客进行问卷调查并统计分析的基础上，对休宁县旅游资源、旅游业发展现状和旅游市场、旅游空间竞合以及旅游业发展过程中存在的问题进行了全面系统的分析，由此从资源、环境、经济、社会、市场等五个方面得出了休宁县旅游业发展SWOT矩阵，进而提出了具有针对性的对策建议：打造旅游集散县城，改善旅游基础和接待设施；加快建设重点景区，与周边景区差异化竞争；联合周边景区，形成大社区旅游格局；加强对旅游产品的开发；制定科学合理的旅游规划；全方位提高人力资源队伍素质；多方位吸收资金；提高旅游营销水平；开发与保护相结合，改善旅游环境；强化政府指导，做好制度保障等。希望这些建议、对策能够对休宁县旅游业的健康稳定发展提供一定的借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:Xiuning County is located in the southernmost part of Anhui Province and is located in the mountainous area of southern Anhui Province. As a famous historical and cultural city and an excellent tourist city in China, Xiuning County has three city business cards: "the first county of China, the hometown of Chinese organic tea and the blessed land of rural tourism". Tourism not only plays an important role in the economic and social development of Xiuning, but also is the window and gateway for Xiuning to go out of Anhui, to the whole country, to the world, to show the beautiful scenery of Xiuning, folk custom, humanities history and cultural tradition. In recent years, the tourism industry of Xiuning County has been developing rapidly, and the status of tourism in economic and social development has become increasingly prominent. The healthy development of tourism has become an important guarantee for the economic development of Xiuning County. However, with the continuous development of tourism marketization, informatization and industrialization, there are many problems in the process of tourism development in Xiuning County, and are facing a severe test. On the basis of field investigation and questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, this paper analyzes tourism resources, tourism development status and tourism market in Xiuning County. Based on the comprehensive and systematic analysis of the problems existing in the process of tourism development, the paper concludes the SWOT matrix of tourism development in Xiuning County from five aspects: resources, environment, economy, society and market. Furthermore, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: to build the county seat of tourism distribution, to improve the tourism foundation and reception facilities, to accelerate the construction of key scenic spots, to compete differently with the surrounding scenic spots, to combine the surrounding scenic spots, and to form a large community tourism pattern. Strengthen the development of tourism products; formulate scientific and rational tourism planning; improve the quality of human resources in all directions; absorb funds in various directions; improve the level of tourism marketing; combine development with protection to improve the tourism environment; and strengthen government guidance. Do a good job of system protection. I hope these suggestions and countermeasures can provide some reference and reference for the healthy and stable development of tourism in Xiuning County.
