舟山群岛旅游要素整合及体系构架研究

【摘要】：旅游活动是人们生活的基本活动，大众旅游时代的到来使中国旅游业开始进入重要的升级转型阶段，在整个旅游的产生和发展过程中，越来越受到多种因素的影响及制约。传统观点认为旅游活动是吃、住、行、游、购、娱的各种关系过程。如何通过多因素角度审视旅游行业，以促进及实现旅游经济可持续发展成为政府、学者及行业人士关注的话题。旅游者在满足基本的物质需求前提下，开始对文化、社会环境等有了更高层次水平的需要。传统意义上的旅游六要素只概括了旅游活动的各个环节及群众旅游的基本需求。因此，本人认为传统的吃、住、行、游、购、娱六要素已经不能完整概括目的地旅游发展的运营体系，当前大众旅游时代的到来，旅游活动及旅游业发展已经远远超出传统六要素范围，，深层次多角度的对“旅游要素”重新探讨势在必行。基于此本人试图从全新角度对旅游要素体系进行构架，对丰富要素理论具有重要意义。本文从传统的旅游要素概念探讨入手，着重研究影响旅游发展的重点因素，试图从宏观角度构建一个新型旅游要素体系，并对与旅游发展密切相关的多种要素进行分析，归纳为四类：旅游运营要素，旅游发展要素，旅游社会要素，旅游环境要素。最后在此基础上对舟山群岛旅游发展各类要素进行了实证研究，通过调查分析了舟山群岛旅游要素系统态势，并就发展中存在的问题提出了建议。
[Abstract]:Tourism activity is the basic activity of people's life. With the arrival of mass tourism era, Chinese tourism begins to enter an important stage of upgrading and transformation. In the whole process of tourism production and development, it is more and more affected and restricted by various factors. The traditional view is that tourism is a process of eating, living, traveling, shopping and entertaining. In order to promote and realize the sustainable development of tourism economy, how to examine the tourism industry from a multi-factor perspective has become a topic of concern to the government, scholars and professionals. On the premise of satisfying the basic material needs, tourists begin to have a higher level of needs for culture and social environment. The six elements of tourism in the traditional sense only generalize the various links of tourism activities and the basic needs of mass tourism. Therefore, I think that the traditional six elements of eating, living, traveling, shopping and entertainment can no longer fully summarize the operating system of destination tourism development, and the arrival of the current era of mass tourism. Tourism activities and tourism development have gone far beyond the traditional six elements, so it is imperative to re-discuss the "tourism elements" from a deep and multi-angle perspective. Based on this, I try to frame the system of tourism elements from a new angle, which is of great significance to the theory of rich elements. Starting with the traditional concept of tourism elements, this paper focuses on the key factors that affect the development of tourism, tries to construct a new system of tourism elements from a macro perspective, and analyzes various factors closely related to tourism development. It is divided into four categories: tourism operational factors, tourism development elements, tourism social elements, tourism environment elements. Finally, this paper makes an empirical study on various factors of tourism development in Zhoushan Islands, analyzes the systematic situation of tourism elements in Zhoushan Islands, and puts forward some suggestions on the problems existing in the development of Zhoushan Islands.
