【摘要】：工业化与城市化的迅猛发展带来了的“城市病”给城市发展和市民生活造成较大的负面影响。不少城市居民开始厌倦喧嚣、拥挤的城市,将目光投向自然环境优美、空气清新、空间开阔、乡村风情保存较好的乡村地区,这就造成了乡村旅游在世界范围的流行。我国的乡村旅游发展较晚,但速度很快。另一方面,由于乡村旅游开发主体的多元性和利益关系的复杂性交织在一起,造成各开发主体之间的矛盾,给乡村旅游的发展带来诸多障碍。广西是乡村旅游资源富集地区,是国内主要的乡村旅游目的地之一,吸引着越来越多的旅游者。恭城红岩村号称“广西新农村建设第一村”,可以说是广西乡村旅游的一个典型代表。红岩村的乡村旅游从发展之初就吸引了众多目光的关注,并在社会主义新农村示范点的建设中达到了高潮。如今时过境迁,拂去彼时的光环,更加冷静地看待这个问题,可以说是正当其时。这既是为了了解红岩村的乡村旅游发展状况,更是为了以此透视此类乡村旅游点的状况,以期对其未来的实践有所裨益。本文以前人的成果和笔者的实地调研为基础,以桂林市恭城瑶族自治县红岩村乡村旅游为研究对象,结合历史学和社会学的研究方法,分析了其乡村旅游发展的资源、目标、过程、成果、利益相关者和存在的问题。本文认为,红岩村乡村旅游既有发展模式的问题,又有实践过程中的具体问题,必须双管齐下,才能予以解决。相比之下,发展模式的转变更为重要。本文的研究共有六章：第一章为绪论,主要介绍本研究的背景、意义、研究综述、研究方法,界定了乡村旅游的概念。第二章是红岩村乡村旅游发展的背景,介绍了红岩村的基本情况以及红岩村是怎么被选定为恭城县富裕生态家园示范点从而走上乡村旅游道路的。第三章是红岩村乡村旅游发展的实践,介绍了红岩村发展乡村旅游的资源、目标、过程和成果,分析了红岩村乡村旅游发展中的利益相关者,从“纵”的和“横”的两个方面去认识红岩村乡村旅游的发展状况。第四章是红岩村乡村旅游发展中存在的问题,以“试点村”为切入口指出了这种政府主导型的乡村旅游发展模式存在的问题,同时也指出了红岩村乡村旅游发展中的一些具体问题。第五章是红岩村乡村旅游发展的对策,通过论述基层政府、企业、社区在乡村旅游发展中的地位和作用,主张建立一种以企业为主导,政府、社区积极参与的乡村旅游发展模式。在此基础之上,对红岩村乡村旅游存在的几个具体问题提出了自己的建议。第六章是结语,是对全文的总结和概括,梳理了主要结论,也指出了需要进一步完善的不足之处。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization , the city ' s disease has brought about a great negative impact on urban development and citizen ' s life . Many urban residents began to weary of the noise and crowded cities , which caused many obstacles to the development of rural tourism .

Based on the previous achievements and the author ' s field investigation , this paper analyzes the resources , targets , processes , achievements , stakeholders and problems of rural tourism development in Guilin City , which is based on the study of rural tourism in Hongyan Village , Yao Autonomous County , Guilin City . In this paper , it is believed that the rural tourism in Hongyan Village has both the development mode and the concrete problems in practice . In contrast , the transformation of development mode is more important .

The study consists of six chapters :

The first chapter is introduction , mainly introduces the background , significance , research overview and research method of this study , and defines the concept of rural tourism .

The second chapter is the background of the development of the rural tourism in Hongyan village , and introduces the basic situation of Hongyan village and how the Hongyan village is selected as a demonstration site of rich ecological home in Gongcheng County so as to embark on the rural tourism road .

The third chapter is the practice of the development of the rural tourism in Hongyan Village , and introduces the resources , targets , processes and achievements of the development of rural tourism in Hongyan Village , and analyzes the stakeholders in the development of rural tourism in Hongyan village , and points out the development of rural tourism in Hongyan village from two aspects of " vertical " and " horizontal " .

The fourth chapter is the problems existing in the development of rural tourism in Hongyan village , and points out the problems existing in the rural tourism development pattern of the government leading type in the " pilot village " , and points out some specific problems in the development of rural tourism in Hongyan village .

The fifth chapter is the countermeasure of the development of the rural tourism in Hongyan village . By discussing the status and function of the grass - roots government , enterprises and community in the development of rural tourism , this paper advocates the establishment of a rural tourism development model with the active participation of enterprises as the leading , government and community .

The sixth chapter is the conclusion , is the summary and generalization of the whole text , combs the main conclusions , also points out the need to further improve the deficiency .
