【摘要】：本文在对国内外原生态文化保护性开发的理论及实践研究基础上，以原生态文化旅游保护性开发的舞台真实性理论、博弈论、剧场理论、区域经济学理论为理论指导，以“原生态文化旅游保护性开发”为研究对象，探讨原生态文化开发条件评价体系，为区域性评价原生态文化开发潜力提供科学的评价方法及数据支撑。本文在对原生态文化开发条件评价方法研究的基础上，选取原生态文化资源丰富、特色突出的湘西土家族为研究对象，分析了湘西土家族原生态文化资源概况、开发现状及开发困境，分析了湘西周边地区的旅游资源赋存度，得出湘西与比邻的湖北恩施自治州、黔东南自治州、铜仁地区、渝东南地区均有土家族少数民族聚居地，原生态文化资源具有同质性，因此湘西必须重视原生态文化的保护，走“保护性开发的可持续发展”路线，打造自身差异化的原生态文化卖点，，增强自身的核心竞争力；在资源分析的基础上，从对于湘西的功能定位、空间布局、项目策划、运营机制等方面探讨湘西土家族原生态文化开发战略，本文在运营机制部分，构建了湘西认知共同体，对于湘西的原生态文化旅游发展进行了体制机制设计。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the theoretical and practical research on the protection development of the original ecological culture at home and abroad, this paper is guided by the theory of stage authenticity, game theory, theater theory and regional economics theory of the protection development of the original ecological culture tourism. Taking "Protozoology Culture Tourism Protective Development" as the research object, this paper discusses the evaluation system of primordial culture development conditions, and provides scientific evaluation methods and data support for regional evaluation of protoculture development potential. On the basis of the research on the evaluation method of the development conditions of the original ecological culture, this paper selects the Tujia nationality in the west of Hunan, which is rich in the resources of the original ecological culture and has outstanding characteristics, as the research object, and analyzes the general situation of the original ecological culture resources of the Tujia nationality in the west of Hunan. In this paper, the author analyzes the degree of occurrence of tourism resources in the surrounding areas of Xiangxi, and draws the conclusion that there are Tujia minority areas in Xiangxi and neighboring Hubei Enshi Autonomous Prefecture, Qiandongnan Autonomous Prefecture, Tongren Prefecture, Southeast Chongqing region, etc. The original ecological culture resources have the same quality, so Xiangxi must pay attention to the protection of the original ecological culture, take the route of "sustainable development of protective development", create its own differential selling point of the original ecological culture, and strengthen its core competitiveness. On the basis of resource analysis, this paper discusses the development strategy of Tujia primitive ecological culture in Xiangxi from the aspects of function orientation, spatial layout, project planning, operation mechanism, etc. In the part of operation mechanism, this paper constructs the cognitive community of Xiangxi. This paper designs the system and mechanism for the development of the original ecological culture tourism in western Hunan.
