游乐型主题公园游客满意度与门票价格容忍度关系的研究

【摘要】:近些年来,随着主题公园的新一轮发展,门票价格持续上涨,这一现象引起了国内外学者的广泛关注。游乐型主题公作为发展最迅速,最普遍的主题公园,游客是否能接受涨价、涨价后游客对主题公园是否满意,这些都需要研究。本研究通过分析游客满意度、价格容忍度的相关文献,从游客涉入度、价格公平感知、娱乐体验、服务质量、主题公园形象五个因素来探讨游乐型主题公园游客满意度与门票价格容忍度的关系,延伸到如果游客对游乐型主题公园越满意,是否愿意支付更高的门票价格,从而淡化门票对于游客决策的作用。 本研究的内容:①理论上探讨影响游乐型主题公园游客满意度和门票价格容忍度的相关因素以及游客满意度与门票价格容忍度的关系;②以武汉欢乐谷为例,通过实证分析,研究相关因素对游乐型主题公园游客满意度和门票价格容忍度的影响,建立游乐型主题公园游客满意度与门票价格容忍度的理论模型;③人口统计学特征在游客满意度和门票价格容忍度上是否存在差异性。 本研究的过程:①提出问题:游乐型主题公园门票上涨成为大众关注的问题,在门票价格上涨的背景下,游客的满意度需要研究;②分析问题:首先提出影响游乐型主题公园游客满意度和门票价格容忍度的因素,建立理论模型,提出研究假设,然后选取武汉欢乐谷为研究对象,运用SPSS19.0和AMOS20.0等统计软件,对数据进行描述性分析、信度分析、因子分析、方差分析、结构方差模型分析,最后得出结论。③解决问题:提出提高游乐型主题公园游客满意度和门票价格容忍度的相关建议。 本研究的结论:①影响游客满意度和门票价格容忍度的主要因素有5个,分别为游客涉入度、价格公平感知、娱乐体验、服务质量和主题公园形象;②游客涉入度、价格公平感知、娱乐体验、服务质量、主题公园形象均与游客满意度呈显著性正相关;③价格公平感知、游客满意度与门票价格容忍度呈显著性正相关;④游客受教育程度在门票价格容忍度上存在显著差异。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the new development of theme parks, ticket prices continue to rise, which has attracted wide attention of scholars at home and abroad. As the fastest developing and most common theme park, whether the tourists can accept the price increase, and whether the tourists are satisfied with the theme park after the price increase, all of these need to be studied. Through the analysis of tourist satisfaction, price tolerance and related literature, this study analyzes the tourist involvement, price fairness perception, entertainment experience, service quality, Five factors of theme park image are used to explore the relationship between visitor satisfaction and ticket price tolerance, which extends to whether visitors are willing to pay a higher ticket price if they are more satisfied with the theme park. In order to play down the role of tickets for tourists to make decisions. The content of this study: 1 theoretically discusses the related factors that affect the tourist satisfaction and ticket price tolerance of amusement theme park, and the relationship between visitor satisfaction and ticket price tolerance. 2 taking Happy Valley in Wuhan as an example, the empirical analysis is carried out. This paper studies the influence of related factors on visitor satisfaction and ticket price tolerance of amusement theme park, and establishes a theoretical model of visitor satisfaction and ticket price tolerance of amusement theme park. 3 whether there are differences in tourist satisfaction and ticket price tolerance in demographic characteristics. In this study, the process of: 1 put forward the question: amusement theme park ticket increase has become a public concern, under the background of ticket price rise, tourists' satisfaction needs to be studied; 2 Analytical problems: firstly, the factors influencing visitor satisfaction and ticket price tolerance of amusement theme park are put forward, the theoretical model is established and the research hypothesis is put forward. Then, Wuhan Happy Valley is selected as the research object, and the statistical software SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 20.0 are used. Descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, variance analysis, structural variance model analysis, Finally, the author draws conclusion .3 to solve the problem: some suggestions are put forward to improve the tourist satisfaction and ticket price tolerance of the amusement theme park. The conclusion of this study is: 1. The main factors affecting tourist satisfaction and ticket price tolerance are: tourist involvement, price fairness perception, entertainment experience, service quality and theme park image. The perception of price fairness, entertainment experience, service quality, theme park image and tourists' satisfaction are positively correlated with tourists' satisfaction, while tourist satisfaction is positively correlated with ticket price tolerance. (4) there are significant differences in ticket price tolerance between the education level of tourists and the tolerance of ticket price.
