乌鲁木齐城市旅游竞争力分析研究

【摘要】:旅游,,作为城市新的经济增长点和支柱产业,在国民经济建设中的地位越来越凸出。城市与城市之间争夺旅游客源市场的战争,随着城市旅游业的发展进入了竞争性的增长阶段。乌鲁木齐作为西部边陲的首府城市,拥有便利的交通和较为集中的民俗特色资源,俗话说“民族的就是世界的”,在新疆这样一个多民族聚居,文化大繁荣的特殊地域,利用多元的民族文化为桥梁,大力提升城市旅游竞争力,是值得深入探讨的问题。本文以旅游学、经济学、比较优势理论、竞争优势理论等理论方法为指导,对城市旅游、城市竞争力、城市旅游竞争力等基本概念进行界定,并在波特“钻石”模型、瑞士洛桑国际管理发展学院(IMD)的国际竞争力模型及“C-R模型”、“D-K模型”的基础上,参照三位一体的国际竞争力模型和城市竞争力“弓弦箭模型”,从旅游竞争业绩、旅游支持要素、旅游环境三个方面构建了城市旅游竞争力评价指标体系。运用因子分析法、聚类法对全国31个省会城市的26项指标进行综合评价分析,指出了乌鲁木齐市旅游业发展所存在的问题,最后从多方面提出了乌鲁木齐市旅游竞争力的提升对策。 全文包括六个部分。 第一部分:绪论。主要介绍论文的研究背景及意义,提出了以理论研究为基础的研究方法,并对国内外关于竞争力、城市旅游竞争力及其相关的实证研究进行了归类概述。 第二部分:城市旅游竞争力的理论基础与基本概念。首先简单介绍了研究的基础理论,包括比较优势理论、竞争优势理论、可持续发展理论、旅游学理论及其他经济学理论,然后通过对竞争力、城市旅游定义的概括来引出城市旅游竞争力的定义和内涵。 第三部分:城市旅游竞争力评价体系构建。首先对现有的竞争力经典模型进行回顾解析,然后探讨了城市旅游竞争力系统评价的思想和原则,从城市旅游竞争业绩、旅游支撑要素、旅游环境三方面构建评价指标体系,选用因子分析法、聚类分析法作为评价的主要方法。 第四部分:城市旅游竞争力实证研究。首先分析乌鲁木齐市的旅游业发展环境,然后使用SPSS软件的因子分析法对选取的31个省会城市竞争力指标进行数据处理,分析结果,最后根据综合评价进行聚类分析,并总结出乌鲁木齐市旅游业存在的主要问题。 第五部分:乌鲁木齐城市旅游竞争力提升策略。以第四部分的评价结果为基础,根据城市旅游竞争力影响因素及目前存在的主要问题,提出乌鲁木齐城市旅游竞争力的综合提升对策。 第六部分为结论。总结论文的成果和创新点,找出论文存在的不足之处。
[Abstract]:Tourism, as a new economic growth point and pillar industry, is becoming more and more important in national economic construction. With the development of urban tourism, the competition between cities for tourist market has entered a stage of competitive growth. Urumqi, as the capital city of the western border, has convenient transportation and relatively concentrated folklore resources. As the saying goes, "what is national is the world's". It is worth discussing deeply to use the plural national culture as the bridge to promote the city tourism competitiveness. Guided by the theories and methods of tourism, economics, comparative advantage and competitive advantage, this paper defines the basic concepts of urban tourism, urban competitiveness and urban tourism competitiveness. Based on the international competitiveness model and "C-R model" and "D-K model" of the International Institute of Management and Development (IMD) of Lobsang, Switzerland, and referring to the trinity model of international competitiveness and the model of "bow and arrow" of urban competitiveness, the paper analyzes the performance of tourism competition. The evaluation index system of urban tourism competitiveness is constructed in three aspects: tourism supporting factors and tourism environment. By means of factor analysis and cluster analysis, 26 indexes of 31 provincial capitals in China are evaluated and analyzed, and the problems in the development of tourism industry in Urumqi are pointed out. Finally, it puts forward the countermeasures of improving the tourism competitiveness of Urumqi from many aspects. The full text includes six parts. Part one: introduction. This paper mainly introduces the research background and significance of the thesis, puts forward the research methods based on the theoretical research, and classifies the domestic and foreign empirical studies on competitiveness, urban tourism competitiveness and related empirical research. The second part: the theoretical basis and basic concept of urban tourism competitiveness. Firstly, it introduces the basic theories of the research, including comparative advantage theory, competitive advantage theory, sustainable development theory, tourism theory and other economic theories. Summary of the definition of urban tourism leads to the definition and connotation of urban tourism competitiveness. The third part: the construction of urban tourism competitiveness evaluation system. Firstly, this paper reviews and analyzes the existing classical competitiveness models, and then discusses the ideas and principles of the systematic evaluation of urban tourism competitiveness, and constructs an evaluation index system from three aspects: the competitive performance of urban tourism, tourism supporting factors and tourism environment. Factor analysis and cluster analysis were selected as the main evaluation methods. The fourth part: the empirical study of urban tourism competitiveness. This paper first analyzes the tourism development environment of Urumqi, then uses the factor analysis method of SPSS software to process the selected competitiveness index of 31 provincial capitals, analyzes the results, and finally carries on the cluster analysis according to the comprehensive evaluation. The main problems of Urumqi tourism are summarized. The fifth part: Urumqi city tourism competitiveness promotion strategy. Based on the evaluation results of the fourth part, according to the influencing factors of urban tourism competitiveness and the existing main problems, this paper puts forward the comprehensive promotion countermeasures of urban tourism competitiveness in Urumqi. The sixth part is the conclusion. Summarize the achievements and innovations of the paper, find out the shortcomings of the paper.
