宁德市滨海旅游资源开发与可持续利用研究

【摘要】：滨海旅游业将成为新世纪最具前景的行业,宁德市海岸线漫长,滨海旅游资源十分丰富。宁德市位于福州、温州两大旅游城市之间,是海峡西岸旅游区连接长江三角洲旅游区的重要桥梁。凭借着特有的资源和区域优势,新世纪宁德市滨海旅游业不仅将成为宁德市第三产业的核心产业,而且将对宁德市经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高起到重要的作用。但是到目前为止还没有专家学者对宁德市滨海旅游进行系统地研究分析,在本研究中,笔者对宁德市滨海旅游资源的开发与可持续利用进行了分析研究。 本研究在广泛收集资料、信息和数据和实地调查的基础上,摸清了宁德市滨海旅游资源数量、分布、特点、价值以及旅游基础设施和旅游市场状况、开发利用等情况,分析了宁德市滨海旅游在开发利用过程中存在的问题,然后在结合国家标准《旅游资源分类、调查与评价》(GB/T18972-2003)和韩卢敏的《滨海旅游资源分类体系》基础上,创造性地建立了自己的滨海旅游资源分类体系,并对宁德市滨海旅游资源进行了归纳分类,在归纳分类的基础上对宁德市滨海旅游资源进行了综合评价和开发利用的SWOT分析,提出了宁德市滨海旅游可持续发展的“11237”功能分区和滨海旅游资源开发模式,并指出要不断完善各项滨海旅游发展的支持与保障体系。
[Abstract]:Coastal tourism will become the most promising industry in the new century. Ningde has a long coastline and abundant coastal tourism resources. Ningde City is located between Fuzhou and Wenzhou. It is an important bridge between the West side of the Strait and the Yangtze River Delta. Relying on the unique resources and regional advantages, the coastal tourism industry of Ningde City in the new century will not only become the core industry of the tertiary industry of Ningde City, but also play an important role in the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard in Ningde City. But up to now no experts and scholars have carried on the systematic research and analysis to the Ningde coastal tourism. In this research, the author has carried on the analysis research to the Ningde city coastal tourism resources development and the sustainable utilization. On the basis of extensive data collection, information and data and field investigation, this study has found out the quantity, distribution, characteristics, value, tourism infrastructure and tourism market situation, exploitation and utilization of coastal tourism resources in Ningde City. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the development and utilization of coastal tourism in Ningde city, and then, on the basis of combining with the national standard "Classification of Tourism Resources, investigation and Evaluation" (GB/T18972-2003) and Han Lumin's "Classification system of Coastal Tourism Resources", This paper creatively establishes its own coastal tourism resources classification system, and induces and classifies the coastal tourism resources in Ningde City. On the basis of the induction and classification, the comprehensive evaluation and SWOT analysis of the exploitation and utilization of coastal tourism resources in Ningde City are carried out. This paper puts forward the "11237" function zoning of the sustainable development of coastal tourism in Ningde city and the development mode of coastal tourism resources, and points out that the support and guarantee system of the development of coastal tourism should be improved constantly.
