中国古代的陶瓷观音塑像研究

【摘要】:中国古代的陶瓷观音塑像兼具陶瓷艺术与佛教艺术的特性,它的发展演变受到陶瓷工艺技术与佛教信仰的双重影响。本文旨在揭示其发展规律,并探讨工艺技术与佛教信仰的发展对它的影响。 首先,本文从装饰方法、头饰、服饰、面貌、身姿、手势及附属品(台座、侍者)、铭文等局部构造入手,对所收集的陶瓷观音塑像个案进行了细致的分析。从塑像的梳理中可以看出,潮州窑、景德镇窑、磁州窑、龙泉窑以及德化窑是其主要产地,其工艺技术的发展影响了陶瓷观音塑像的面貌。在其外在特征与工艺技术分析的基础上,可看出北宋至清代陶瓷观音塑像的发展经历了四个时期:北宋与辽代为其初创时期,南宋与金代是其发展时期,元代阶段是其成熟时期,明清阶段是其新发展时期。在上述分析的基础上,笔者又探讨了陶瓷观音塑像与佛教经典、民间信仰文献中观音形象的关系,对本文收集的塑像的类别进行了判定,从中发现水月观音、白衣观音与送子观音这些典型的中国化观音形象是其中最为常见的类型。而陶瓷观音塑像的形式变化以及中国化观音的流行受到各阶层佛教信仰发展的影响。 总之,主要产地工艺技术的发展以及社会各阶层的信仰状况使陶瓷观音塑像日渐繁盛,,并且表现出神性的弱化以及本土化的特点。
[Abstract]:The ancient Chinese statue of Guanyin has the characteristics of both ceramic art and Buddhist art, and its development is influenced by both ceramic technology and Buddhist belief. The purpose of this paper is to reveal the law of its development, and to explore the influence of technological technology and the development of Buddhist belief on it. First of all, this paper starts with the decoration method, headdress, dress, appearance, posture, gesture and accessories (pedestal, waiter), inscription and other local structures, and makes a detailed analysis of the collected ceramic statue of Guanyin. It can be seen from the carding of the statue that Chaozhou Kiln Jingdezhen Kiln Cizhou Kiln Longquan Kiln and Dehua Kiln are the main producing areas and the development of its technology affects the appearance of the ceramic Guanyin statue. On the basis of the analysis of its external characteristics and technology, it can be seen that the development of the ceramic Guanyin statue from the Northern Song Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty has experienced four periods: the Northern Song and Liao dynasties are its initial period, and the Southern Song and Jin dynasties are its development period. The stage of Yuan Dynasty is its mature period, and the stage of Ming and Qing Dynasty is its new development period. On the basis of the above analysis, the author also discusses the relationship between the ceramic statue of Guanyin and the image of Guanyin in the Buddhist classics and the literature of folk belief, and determines the categories of the statues collected in this paper. The typical Chinese image of Guanyin is the most common type. The changes in the form of the ceramic statue of Guanyin and the popularity of the Chinese Guanyin were influenced by the development of Buddhist beliefs at all levels. In a word, the development of technology in main producing areas and the belief condition of various social strata make the ceramic statue of Guanyin flourish day by day, and show the characteristic of divinity weakening and localization.
