基于ASEB分析框架的井冈山红色旅游体验研究
[Abstract]:Red tourism has been put forward since the middle of 1990s, with the support of national policies, it has become a new bright spot of domestic tourism and an important growth point of the old area economy. But at present, the red tourism products are basically in the primary stage of development, the main form is the static search for the revolutionary sites and the display of the museum, lacking the interactive tourism project in which the tourists participate. Therefore, how to improve the participation of red tourism, let more people participate in red tourism, and experience the profound connotation of red tourism is an urgent problem to be solved. This paper selects Jinggangshan as the research object, takes ASEB grid analysis as the research method, collects the data on the basis of the questionnaire, uses the EXCEL data statistical tool to carry on the analysis to the questionnaire, To find out the problems of red tourism in tourist experience, analyze the reasons, put forward targeted strategies for the design of red tourism products, scenic spot management to provide a reference basis. This article mainly carries on the analysis from the following three aspects: (1) has introduced the red tourism concept, the function and the characteristic, carries on the comb to the red tourism domestic and foreign research present situation, to the tourism experience concept, the motive, the type, (2) on the basis of questionnaire survey, the background information of tourists, the formation of tourist motivation, the expectation before experience and the satisfaction after experience are discussed. The results show that the tourists are very satisfied with the red tourist resources, the red cultural atmosphere and the beautiful natural environment of Jinggang Mountain. The degree of abundance of activities, attitude of local residents, dining environment and accommodation environment were not satisfied. The differences of expectation and satisfaction after experience were analyzed. It shows that there is a significant difference between the expectation degree before and the satisfaction degree after the experience. (3) according to the results of questionnaire analysis, aiming at the problems of the red tourist experience in Jinggangshan, As well as the advantages and disadvantages inside the development of red tourism in Jinggang Mountain, the external opportunities and challenges, the countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the red tourism experience in Jinggang Mountain are put forward: changing the concept of development and enhancing the understanding of tourism experience; To innovate the development system of red tourism products; to improve the internal management and improve the effect of tourist experience; to design tourism experience marketing strategy based on tourists' psychology.
