霞浦东冲半岛乡村旅游产业布局与开发策略研究

【摘要】：文章以霞浦东冲半岛乡村旅游产业布局与开发策略研究的背景与研究意义为出发点,对国内外研究现状和相关理论进行梳理。为更好地对霞浦东冲半岛乡村旅游产业布局与开发策略进行研究,文章对霞浦东冲半岛乡村旅游基本情况进行分析,对霞浦东冲半岛开发从优势、劣势、机遇、挑战等角度进行研究,提出霞浦东冲半岛乡村旅游产业发展的战略选择。在进行霞浦东冲半岛乡村旅游产业布局构想时,应着力围绕一个核心,即东冲半岛滨海旅游度假区,进行三大重点区域建设,即高罗滨海运动休闲与农家生活体验区、大京海滨休闲娱乐游览区和东冲半岛南部滨海旅游度假区,着力打造宗教文化旅游区、海滩休闲度假旅游区、古堡文化旅游区和海岛风情旅游度假区等四大乡村旅游产业区,文章最后提出霞浦东冲半岛乡村旅游产业开发保障体系建设,包括组织保障、人才保障、资金保障、政策保障、信息保障体系构建等。
[Abstract]:Based on the background and significance of the research on the layout and development strategy of rural tourism industry in Xiadiongchong Peninsula, this paper combs the current research situation and related theories at home and abroad. In order to better study the layout and development strategy of rural tourism industry in Xia Pudong Chong Peninsula, this paper analyzes the basic situation of rural tourism in Xia Pudong Chong Peninsula, and analyzes the advantages, disadvantages and opportunities in the development of Xia Pudong Chong Peninsula. From the point of view of challenge, the paper puts forward the strategic choice for the development of rural tourism industry in Xia Pudong Chong Peninsula. When planning the layout of rural tourism industry in Xiadiongchong Peninsula, we should focus on one core, namely, Dongchong Peninsular Coastal Tourism Resort, and carry out three major regional construction, namely, Gaoluo Binhai Sports Leisure and Farmer Life experience area. The Dajing seaside leisure and entertainment resort and the coastal tourist resort in the southern part of the Dongchong Peninsula have made efforts to create four major rural tourism industrial areas, including religious and cultural tourism, beach leisure and holiday tourism, the ancient castle cultural tourism area and the island style tourism resort. Finally, the paper puts forward the construction of rural tourism industry development guarantee system, including organization guarantee, talent security, fund guarantee, policy guarantee, information guarantee system construction and so on.
