内蒙古呼伦贝尔市旅游产业发展战略研究

【摘要】:旅游业已成为世界上经济发展中成长最为迅速的产业。呼伦贝尔市处于少数民族聚居区,富有浓郁的民族气息,故而因其资源多样性、资源的无法替代性及原始的神秘性而成为极富特色的旅游地区。呼伦贝尔市旅游业不仅具有投入少、效益好的特点,而且带动了当地经济的发展,增加了就业机会。但是,呼伦贝尔的旅游业发展与发达地区比较还存在着较大差距,由于当地交通区位优势不明显、经营管理水平有待提高等诸多原因,致使旅游业的发展现状与当地丰富的旅游资源不相匹配,旅游业对当地GDP增长的影响尚不明显。因此,如何使刚刚起步民族旅游业实现高水平的发展,如何实现旅游业与当地经济的可持续发展是摆在当地政府面前的重要课题。本论文试图通过对内蒙古呼伦贝尔市旅游产业发展战略的研究探寻呼伦贝尔市旅游产业发展战略思路和策略。 本论文共分为五个部分:第一章,在绪论部分提出了研究的背景和意义以及研究的方法和路径;第二章,对呼伦贝尔市旅游产业发展历史进行的分析,介绍了内蒙古旅游业发展总体概况,并分析了呼伦贝尔市旅游产业发展概况;第三章,通过对呼伦贝尔市旅游产业发展的SWOT分析,对呼伦贝尔市旅游业的发展机会和威胁有利更加客观的认识;第四章,针对呼伦贝尔市旅游产业发展存在的问题,提出呼伦贝尔市旅游产业发展的战略思路,明确总体思路,当地旅游业发展的战略愿景及战略核心;第五章,提出了促进呼伦贝尔市旅游产业发展的对策及建议;第六章,是本论文的结论部分。希望通过本论文的研究为呼伦贝尔旅游业的发展起到积极作用,同时,能对内蒙古地区旅游业的发展提供一些借鉴和思考。
[Abstract]:Tourism has become the fastest growing industry in the world. The city of Hulunbeir is a tourist area with rich characteristics because of its diversity of resources, irreplaceable resources and primitive mystery. The tourism industry of Hulunbeir not only has the characteristics of low investment and good benefit, but also promotes the development of local economy and increases employment opportunities. However, there is still a big gap between the tourism development of Hulunbeir and the developed regions. Because the local transportation location advantages are not obvious, the level of operation and management needs to be improved. As a result, the present situation of tourism development does not match with the rich tourism resources, and the impact of tourism on the local GDP growth is not obvious. Therefore, how to realize the high level development of national tourism and how to realize the sustainable development of tourism and local economy is an important subject facing the local government. This paper attempts to explore the strategic thinking and strategy of Hulunbeir tourism industry development strategy through the research of Hulunbeir tourism industry development strategy in Inner Mongolia. This paper is divided into five parts: the first chapter, in the introduction part of the research background and significance, research methods and paths; The second chapter analyzes the development history of tourism industry in Hulunbeir, introduces the general situation of tourism development in Inner Mongolia, and analyzes the general situation of tourism industry development in Hulunbeir. The third chapter, through the SWOT analysis of the development of tourism industry in Hulunbeir, the author has a more objective understanding of the development opportunities and threats of tourism in Hulunbeir. The fourth chapter, aiming at the problems existing in the development of tourism industry in Hulunbeir, puts forward the strategic thinking of the development of tourism industry in Hulunbeir, clarifies the overall idea, the strategic vision and the strategic core of the development of local tourism; In the fifth chapter, the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of tourism industry in Hulunbeir, and the sixth chapter is the conclusion of this paper. It is hoped that the research in this paper will play a positive role in the development of tourism in Hulunbeir, and at the same time, it can provide some reference and reflection for the development of tourism in Inner Mongolia.
