呼和浩特市乡村旅游市场需求与空间布局研究

【摘要】:呼和浩特市乡村旅游起步晚,发展快,已成为呼和浩特市旅游业中发展最快的类型之一。但呼和浩特市乡村旅游业还存在着诸如缺少整体规划、布局松散、产品单一、综合服务水平偏低等问题,还不能充分满足日益增长的呼和浩特市乡村旅游多元化和个性化的市场需求。本文运用需要理论、区位理论与环城休憩带理论等理论方法,理论结合实际,分析研究了呼和浩特市乡村旅游的发展现状、发展条件与市场需求特征以及空间布局状况等问题,并在此基础上,提出了整合优化呼和浩特市乡村旅游空间布局的总体构想与可持续发展的合理化建议,笔者希望通过这些研究,能够为呼和浩特市乡村旅游的开发提供有益的指导,从而促进呼和浩特市乡村旅游的健康持续发展。 论文共分五部分,第一部分为绪论,主要阐述了本文的研究背景与意义,国内外乡村旅游发展概述和研究综述。第二部分,是呼和浩特市乡村旅游发展现状研究,从整体上概述了呼和浩特市的历史、地理、人口与民族及社会经济等发展现状;分析评价了呼和浩特市乡村旅游资源的类型及特征;分析研究了呼和浩特市乡村旅游开发中存在的问题。第三部分,在问卷调查的基础上,运用需要理论、顾客满意度理论与推拉理论等理论方法,对呼和浩特市城市居民乡村旅游需求特征、呼和浩特市乡村旅游的市场需求机制及呼和浩特市乡村旅游市场需求的影响力作了分析研究。第四部分,运用增长极理论、环城游憩带理论与农业区位理论等相关理论方法,分析研究呼和浩特市乡村旅游空间布局状况,根据呼和浩特市乡村旅游的开发现况和优势,结合呼和浩特市乡村旅游市场需求的特征,,提出了优化呼和浩特市乡村旅游空间布局的总体构想,把呼和浩特市乡村旅游区划分成五大区域(1大青山沿线带、2土默川平原带、3和林格尔生态带、4武川农牧结合带、5黄河沿线带),并充分论证其依据和科学性,为呼和浩特市乡村旅游的科学规划合理布局提供参考。第五部分,针对呼和浩特市乡村旅游开发中存在的问题,提出了建设性的对策。
[Abstract]:Rural tourism in Hohhot started late and developed rapidly, which has become one of the fastest developing types of tourism in Hohhot. However, there are still some problems in rural tourism in Hohhot, such as lack of overall planning, loose layout, single products, low level of integrated services, etc. It can not fully meet the increasing market demand of rural tourism diversification and individuation in Hohhot. Based on the theory of need theory, location theory and the theory of recreation belt around the city, this paper analyzes and studies the development status, development conditions, market demand characteristics and spatial distribution of rural tourism in Hohhot, combining theory with practice. On this basis, the author puts forward the overall idea of integrating and optimizing the spatial layout of rural tourism in Hohhot and the rational suggestions for sustainable development. The author hopes that through these studies, It can provide useful guidance for the development of rural tourism in Hohhot and promote the healthy and sustainable development of rural tourism in Hohhot. The paper is divided into five parts, the first part is introduction, mainly expounds the research background and significance of this paper, the development of rural tourism at home and abroad overview and research overview. The second part is the research on the present situation of rural tourism development in Hohhot, which summarizes the history, geography, population and national and social economy of Hohhot as a whole. This paper analyzes and evaluates the types and characteristics of rural tourism resources in Hohhot and studies the problems existing in the development of rural tourism in Hohhot. The third part, on the basis of questionnaire survey, using the theory of need, customer satisfaction and push-pull theory, the characteristics of rural tourism demand of urban residents in Hohhot are analyzed. The market demand mechanism of rural tourism in Hohhot and the influence of rural tourism demand in Hohhot are analyzed. The fourth part analyzes the spatial distribution of rural tourism in Hohhot by using the theory of growth pole, the theory of recreation zone around the city and the theory of agricultural location, according to the present situation and advantages of rural tourism development in Hohhot. According to the characteristics of rural tourism market demand in Hohhot, this paper puts forward the overall idea of optimizing the spatial distribution of rural tourism in Hohhot, and divides the rural tourism regionalization of Hohhot into five regions (1) along Daqingshan. (2) Tumechuan plain belt, 3 Helinger ecological belt, 4 Wuchuan agricultural and pastoral belt, 5 Yellow River belt), and fully demonstrated its basis and scientific nature, which provides a reference for the scientific layout of rural tourism in Hohhot. In the fifth part, the author puts forward some constructive countermeasures against the problems existing in the development of rural tourism in Hohhot.
