高铁时代背景下闽浙旅游合作研究

【摘要】:高铁的开通推动了区域旅游一体化的发展。同时促使了旅游产品、旅游企业和旅游目的地的转型升级。旅游发展空间与市场结构需要重新调整和定位,区域旅游合作面临新的机遇。 本文归纳了交通变化与旅游合作相关理论的研究成果,系统总结区域旅游合作相关概念和理论基础,,试图为高铁时代背景下闽浙两省旅游合作提供新的视角。文章对高铁产生的效应与作用机制进行了分析。指出高铁带来的同城效应、替代效应、节点效应、集聚效应、溢出效应五大效应,以及对旅游企业、客源市场、旅游目的地、旅游产品、旅游交通等旅游产业要素带来的影响。分析了时间替代机制、空间转化机制、资源整合机制、交通对接机制、产业合作机制,五大高铁对闽浙旅游发展的作用机制。在此基础上结合两省旅游发展的实际,提出了四大旅游合作模式。 文章认为在高铁时代背景下,闽浙两省有条件、有必要开展旅游合作。综合高铁带来的影响效应,通过分析闽浙旅游资源基础和产业发展状况,提出了闽浙旅游合作的空间合作模式,采取“极点集聚、轴线扩展、极核联动、区域辐射”的战略思路,打造“一带、四核、四区、四走廊”空间格局,构建一条高集聚、高扩散、高流通的高铁旅游经济带,打造杭州市、宁波市、福州市、厦门市四个核心旅游城市;浙北都市经济旅游合作区、浙东海洋休闲旅游合作区、闽东-浙东南山海度假旅游合作区、闽南生态文化旅游合作区四大旅游合作区;金衢丽温、南福、泉三、龙漳厦四条旅游产业对接走廊。通过旅游资源整合与景区集群化开发,并重点从旅游产品整合、旅游形象整合与营销合作、旅游城市及集散网络建设方面探讨了如何开展旅游合作,最后提出了旅游合作的具体构建措施策略。 本文运用经济地理学以及区域合作理论,系统分析了高铁交通体系变革下的闽浙旅游发展变化,通过相关数据分析有针对性的提出了闽浙旅游合作的模式、内容和对策,有效丰富和补充了两省旅游合作的研究,为该区域旅游合作提供理论和实践上的参考。
[Abstract]:The opening of high-speed rail has promoted the development of regional tourism integration. At the same time to promote the transformation of tourism products, tourism enterprises and tourism destinations. The space and market structure of tourism development need to be readjusted and positioned, and regional tourism cooperation faces new opportunities. This paper summarizes the research results of related theories of traffic change and tourism cooperation, systematically summarizes the related concepts and theoretical basis of regional tourism cooperation, and attempts to provide a new perspective for tourism cooperation between Fujian and Zhejiang provinces under the background of high-speed railway era. This paper analyzes the effect and mechanism of high-iron. The paper points out the five effects brought by high-speed railway, such as the same city effect, substitution effect, node effect, agglomeration effect and spillover effect, as well as the impact on tourism industry factors such as tourism enterprises, tourist market, tourism destination, tourism products, tourism transportation and so on. This paper analyzes the mechanism of time substitution, spatial transformation, resource integration, transportation docking, industrial cooperation, and the action mechanism of five high-speed railways on tourism development in Fujian and Zhejiang. On this basis, combined with the reality of tourism development in the two provinces, four tourism cooperation models are put forward. Under the background of high-speed railway era, Fujian and Zhejiang provinces have the conditions and it is necessary to carry out tourism cooperation. Based on the analysis of the tourism resource base and industry development of Fujian and Zhejiang, the spatial cooperation mode of tourism cooperation between Fujian and Zhejiang is put forward, which adopts "pole agglomeration, axis expansion, polar core linkage". The strategic thinking of "regional radiation", to create a spatial pattern of "one belt, four nuclei, four districts, four corridors", to build a high concentration, high diffusion, high circulation high-speed rail tourism economic belt, and to create Hangzhou, Ningbo, Fuzhou, Xiamen four core tourist cities; North Zhejiang Metropolitan Economic and Tourism Cooperation Zone, East Zhejiang Marine Leisure Tourism Cooperation Zone, Mindong-East Zhejiang Sea Resort Tourism Cooperation Zone, South Fujian Eco-culture Tourism Cooperation Zone, four tourist Cooperation zones; Jin qu Liwen, South Fu, spring three, long Zhangzhou four tourist industry docking corridor. Through the integration of tourism resources and the cluster development of scenic spots, this paper discusses how to carry out tourism cooperation from the aspects of tourism product integration, tourism image integration and marketing cooperation, tourism city and distribution network construction. Finally, the paper puts forward the concrete construction measures of tourism cooperation. Based on the theory of economic geography and regional cooperation, this paper systematically analyzes the development and changes of tourism in Fujian and Zhejiang under the reform of high-speed rail transportation system, and puts forward the mode, content and countermeasures of tourism cooperation between Fujian and Zhejiang through the analysis of relevant data. It enriches and complements the research of tourism cooperation between the two provinces, and provides theoretical and practical reference for tourism cooperation in the region.
