价值工程在旅游企业产品设计中的应用研究
[Abstract]:On the basis of summarizing the relevant theories and methods of value engineering and tourism products, this paper analyzes the feasibility and necessity of applying value engineering in product design activities of tourism enterprises. Based on the function analysis and cost analysis of tourism enterprises' products, this paper analyzes the value of tourism enterprises, probes into the concrete ways to improve their value, and probes into how to apply them to the evaluation and improvement activities of tourism enterprises' product schemes. Then combined with the actual case of "Hainan Shuangfei five-day tour", this paper analyzes the specific application of value engineering in the product design activities of tourism enterprises. On the basis of theoretical analysis and case study, this paper draws the following main conclusions: firstly, value engineering is a scientific and effective method applied to the product design process of tourism enterprises. By discussing the general mode of value engineering to promote the product value of tourism enterprises, we get five ways to promote the value, and discuss how to apply it in reality. Secondly, through analyzing the function and the corresponding cost of the product design scheme of the tourism enterprise, the improvement and optimization of the project with low value is carried out. We have come up with the specific method of value engineering to enhance the value of each component of tourism enterprise products. Finally, value engineering also has certain guiding significance to enhance the value of tourism enterprises from the angle of overall optimization. Through reasonable planning in the overall situation, strengthening standardization, modularization management and all kinds of relationship management, value engineering has the same guiding significance in promoting the value of tourism enterprises from the whole optimization angle. Through optimizing the allocation of resources and improving organizational efficiency, tourism enterprises can further enhance the overall value of their products while promoting their product value by taking advantage of seasonal advantages and expanding the scope of publicity. With the gradual development of tourism, it is inevitable for consumers to demand that the products of tourism enterprises be promoted and new, and the competition of tourism enterprises will also become more and more fierce. Value engineering, as a mature scientific method, has a wide application prospect in tourism enterprises. In order to improve the economic and social benefits of tourism enterprises, it is valuable for tourism enterprises to use value engineering method to guide the activities of product design, so as to further improve their economic and social benefits.
