全城旅游视野下的绍兴台门旅游开发研究

【摘要】：传统民居是城市重要的历史文化遗产,能够反映城市多元的文化内涵和不同时期的历史积淀,具有重要的研究和保存价值。绍兴作为一座具有悠久历史文化积淀的古城,被誉为“一座没有围墙的博物馆”,传统古民居是其中不可或缺的重要组成部分。与国内其他很多地方一样,绍兴在现代化城市建设的过程中,也面临着传统民居的保护和再利用问题。在绍兴大力全城旅游的背景之下,合理规划传统民居的旅游开发,是绍兴旅游业发展新的切入点。鉴于此,本文以全城旅游背景下的绍兴台门民居为例,以马克思主义理论为指导,毛泽东思想为基本方法论,以翔实的实地调查和数据采集作为支撑,结合个人认识,对绍兴传统民居——台门的旅游开发进行系统探究,为绍兴实现全城旅游的可持续发展提供理论上的建议。本文主要分四部分：第一部分是绪论及综述部分,主要阐述了论文的选题背景和选题意义,对国内外传统民居的学术理论研究进行了综述,总结了目前传统民居理论研究的不足,并在此基础之上提出了作者对绍兴台门民居旅游开发的研究思路和研究方法。第二部分主要包括第三、四两章,主要介绍了绍兴台门的概况和现存情况,绍兴台门旅游开发的可行性分析,即绍兴旅游产业的发展情况,绍兴台门与全城旅游开发的关系,借鉴了上海石库门民居的开发实例,得出绍兴台门民居的存在现状及资源价值与上海的石库门比较相似,可以借鉴上海石库门的开发模式进行有益的探索。第三部分是五、六两章,是全文的核心所在,笔者利用在绍兴实习的机会多次深入台门里弄调查,总结了绍兴台门目前的开发形式,并分析了开发中的问题,在此基础之上提出了绍兴台门民居旅游开发的策略。最后一部分是本文的结论部分,对整篇论文的写作进行了总结,并对绍兴全城旅游提出了展望。
[Abstract]:The traditional folk house is an important historical and cultural heritage of the city, which can reflect the cultural connotation and the historical accumulation of different periods of the city, and has important research and preservation value. As a ancient city with a long history and cultural accumulation, Shaoxing is known as the "a museum with no walls", and the traditional ancient house is an indispensable part of it. Like many other parts of China, Shaoxing is facing the protection and re-utilization of traditional houses in the process of modern city construction. It is a new entry point for the development of the tourism in Shaoxing, under the background of the whole city tourism in Shaoxing, and the rational planning of the tourism development of the traditional folk house. In view of this, this paper takes the Shaoxing Taimen's house in the background of the whole city as an example, taking the Marxist theory as the guide, the Mao Zedong Thought as the basic methodology, taking the detailed field survey and the data collection as the support, and combining with the individual's knowledge, The paper probes into the tourism development of the traditional folk house of Shaoxing, and provides a theoretical suggestion for Shaoxing to realize the sustainable development of tourism in the whole city. This paper is divided into four parts: The first part is the introduction and the summary section, mainly expounds the background and the significance of the topic selection of the thesis, summarizes the academic theoretical research of the traditional folk house at home and abroad, and summarizes the current research on the traditional folk house theory. On the basis of this, the author puts forward the study thought and the research side of the author's study on the development of the Taimen's residence in Shaoxing. The second part mainly includes the third and the fourth chapters, mainly introduces the general situation and the existing situation of the Shaoxing station gate, the feasibility analysis of the development of the tourism development in Shaoxing, that is, the development of the Shaoxing tourism industry, the development of the Shaoxing Taimen and the whole city The relationship between the present situation and the resource value of the house of the Shikumen in Shanghai is similar to that of the Shikumen in Shanghai, and it can be used for reference to the development model of the Shanghai Shikumen.
