京津冀地区的旅游联动发展:模式、对象与路径

【摘要】：京津冀地区旅游合作发展始终是旅游区域发展的重要研究问题之一。依据聚集经济的观点,旅游资源聚集和市场聚集是一种不同于传统经济资源和市场聚集的特殊聚集方式。对比京津冀地区与长江三角洲地区旅游资源和旅游市场的聚集差异特征,区域旅游合作发展应该以本地区的旅游资源与市场聚集的特征来选择合适的发展模式。京津冀地区的旅游发展模式应该基于本地区旅游资源和旅游市场的聚集特点分为两个层级的市场,由于两个层级市场的消费主体不同而实现区域之间的利益分享目标。同时,新的发展模式应该更加关注的市场消费主导对象是散客旅游者,而不是团队旅游者,这是世界旅游未来发展的基本趋势。以此模式实现京津冀地区旅游联动发展应有相关政策的支持。
[Abstract]:The development of tourism cooperation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is always one of the important research problems of the development of the tourism region. According to the view of the aggregate economy, the aggregation of tourism resources and the aggregation of the market are a special way of aggregation which is different from the traditional economic resources and the market. Based on the characteristics of the tourism resources and the tourism market in the region of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the Yangtze River Delta, the development of regional tourism cooperation should select the appropriate development mode in the region's tourism resources and the characteristics of the market. The pattern of tourism development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region should be divided into two levels based on the regional tourism resources and the characteristics of the tourism market. At the same time, the new pattern of development should pay more attention to the market consumption leading object is the tourist, not the team tourists, this is the basic trend of the future development of the world tourism. In this mode, the development of tourism in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region should be supported by relevant policies.
