宜宾乡村旅游发展现状及对策研究

【摘要】：乡村旅游,作为一种新型的旅游业,在国内外己成为一种较为成熟的旅游形式。我国的乡村旅游起步较晚,在上个世纪80年代才刚刚兴起,虽然兴起的时间较晚,发展却极为迅速。经过近三十年的发展,乡村旅游己逐渐为城市居民所接受和喜爱的旅游活动。宜宾市是一座拥有丰富自然资源的旅游城市,随着乡村旅游在全国各地蓬勃发展,该市的乡村旅游产业也迅速成长起来。但是在发展前期缺乏理论指导和有关部门统一管理规划的情况下,宜宾市乡村旅游发展中出现了诸多问题,因此,对宜宾乡村旅游进行有针对性的研究是具有现实意义的。本文通过对宜宾市乡村旅游现状的分析,探索影响当地旅游业发展的主要因素,并在此基础上提出建议,以期更大程度地促进宜宾市乡村旅游的发展。研究结果表明,宣宾市具有一定的旅游知名度,发展乡村旅游在气候资源、地理位置、产业、价格、政策等方面优势突出,其发展受到宜宾市各级政府的大力支持。但同时也存在乡村旅游经济效益欠佳、产业带动力不强、基础设施差、经营观念陈旧、从业人员素质偏低、总体接待能力较弱、文化品位偏低等问题。针对以上问题,本文对宜宾市乡村旅游的发展提出了以下建议：转变观念,与时俱进,提升服务质量;因地制宜,搞好科学规划；规范管理,提高耦合能力：重视环境保护和教育,增强农户自律意识：以市场为导向,开发乡村旅游特色商品。
[Abstract]:Rural tourism, as a new type of tourism, has become a more mature form of tourism at home and abroad. The rural tourism of our country starts late, just rises in last century 80's, although the rising time is relatively late, but the development is extremely rapid. After nearly thirty years of development, rural tourism has gradually been accepted and loved by urban residents. Yibin is a tourist city with rich natural resources. With the development of rural tourism in all parts of the country, the rural tourism industry of Yibin City has also grown rapidly. However, there are many problems in the development of rural tourism in Yibin City because of the lack of theoretical guidance and unified management planning of the relevant departments in the early stage of development. Therefore, it is of practical significance to carry out targeted research on the rural tourism in Yibin City. Based on the analysis of the present situation of rural tourism in Yibin, this paper explores the main factors affecting the development of local tourism, and puts forward some suggestions on this basis in order to promote the development of rural tourism in Yibin to a greater extent. The results show that Xuanbin City has a certain tourism popularity, the development of rural tourism in the climate resources, geographical location, industry, prices, policies and other advantages are outstanding, its development is strongly supported by the Yibin city governments at all levels. But at the same time, there are some problems, such as poor economic benefit of rural tourism, weak driving force of industrial belt, poor infrastructure, outdated management concept, low quality of employees, weak reception capacity, low cultural grade and so on. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward the following suggestions for the development of rural tourism in Yibin: changing the concept, keeping pace with the times, improving the quality of service, taking measures according to local conditions, doing a good job in scientific planning; Standardize management, improve coupling ability: attach importance to environmental protection and education, strengthen farmers' self-discipline consciousness: market-oriented, develop rural tourism characteristic commodities.
