本论文旨在研究英国文化艺术机构所处的文化旅游的环境及在此环境下文化艺术机构应采取的策略来促进文化旅游的发展。 有关文化旅游的文献综述主要从文化旅游的发展、有关文化旅游的政策和看法、文化和旅游的冲突、本真性与文化旅游、文化艺术机构在文化旅游中的地位和状况等方面进行讨论。 据上所述,本论文提出文化艺术机构在文化旅游发展中应采取的策略—应坚持可持续发展策略,和文化旅游的其它要素如与当地社区、旅行社、游客、当地政府及当地商店、饭店等部门建立合作伙伴关系。 通过案例分析进一步说明上述问题。案例主要讨论在莎士比亚的故乡两大文化艺术机构皇家莎士比亚剧院和莎翁故居信托管理局在发展文化旅游中所面对的机遇与挑战,及在处理与各个旅游文化要素关系时所使用的经营方针与模式。 通过分析可见两大文化艺术机构为抓住机遇并迎接挑战,开发了大众市场和机遇市场来满足文化旅游市场的需求,同时它们正在与旅游行业各个要素建立起一个协同合作的伙伴关系。比如两个文化艺术机构都和旅行社建立了密切的合作关系,而且它们之间的有效联合为更好地挖掘文化旅游的教育潜力提供了条件。虽...
