【摘要】：食用菌产业对提高农民收入水平、改善农村生活环境具有重要作用。我国对食用菌产业的发展十分重视,通过政策引导和资金支持等方式推动了食用菌产业的进步。在经历近三十年的发展后,魏县食用菌产业虽然取得了一些发展成绩,但相较我国其他地区而言,其整体发展水平并不占有绝对优势,依然具有较大的发展前景。推进魏县食用菌产业的健康有序发展,还要面对诸多问题。本文选取魏县食用菌产业进行研究,通过查阅文献、实地访问与问卷调查的方式取得资料,对魏县食用菌产业的生产环节、加工环节和流通环节进行了描述,并总结出制约魏县食用菌产业发展的影响因素为:资本投入量不足;劳动力素质有待提高;技术水平进步缓慢;自然资源影响复杂;政策规范亟待建立;社会因素影响加深。通过AHP层次分析法,对不同因素的各项指标进行了模型分析,得出政策因素为魏县食用菌产业发展的主要影响因素,其中专项基金投入量的影响程度最深。根据分析结果,本文提出魏县食用菌产业的发展对策:扩大融资渠道,加大资金支持力度;加大科研创新,提升产业技术水平;优化生产结构,发挥产业集聚优势;搭建信息平台,提高产业盈利能力;完善流通体系,保证产品质量安全。本文通过对魏县食用菌产业的发展进行研究,得出相关发展对策建议,有利于吸收魏县农村剩余劳动力,拓宽魏县农民增收渠道,改善魏县农业环境,提高魏县居民生活水平。并且,本文为我国其他地区食用菌产业的发展研究完善了资料,可以为我国食用菌产业的整体发展提供有益参考。
[Abstract]:The mushroom industry to improve the level of farmers' income, which plays an important role in the improvement of rural living environment. The development of mushroom industry in China attaches great importance to, through policy guidance and financial support and other ways to promote the mushroom industry progress. After nearly thirty years of development, Weixian mushroom industry has made some achievements. But compared with other areas in China, the overall level of development is not an absolute advantage, still have great prospects. Promote Weixian mushroom industry healthy and orderly development, but also face many problems. This paper selected Weixian of mushroom industry, through literature, data field visits and questionnaires, to Weixian edible fungi industry production, processing and circulation are described, and summed up the impact of restricting Weixian mushroom industry development factors: Capital The insufficient input of labor; quality should be improved; slow technological progress; the influence of natural resources are complex; policy needs to be established; enhance social factors. Through the analysis method of AHP, the indexes of the different factors are analyzed, the policy factors as the main factors affecting the development of mushroom industry in Weixian, the special the amount of funds affected most deeply. According to the analysis results, this paper put forward the Countermeasures for the development of mushroom industry in Weixian: expand financing channels, increase financial support; increase research and innovation, improve the level of industrial technology; optimize production structure, play the advantages of industrial agglomeration; build information platform, improve industry profitability; improve the circulation system, guarantee product quality and safety. This paper studies the development of mushroom industry in Weixian, the development of relevant countermeasures and suggestions, is conducive to the absorption of rural Weixian Surplus labor can widen the channels of increasing farmers' income in Weixian, improve the agricultural environment of Weixian and improve the living standard of Weixian residents. Moreover, this paper has perfected the data for the development of edible fungi industry in other areas of China, and can provide useful references for the overall development of edible fungi industry in China.
