【摘要】：“三农”问题,作为我国全面实现社会主义小康社会必须解决的一个重要问题,历来受到党和国家的高度重视,而作为解决这个问题的一个重要举措便是农村合作社作的建立。近年来,在政府的鼓励和支持下,虽然合作社的发展取得了一些显著的成果,然而在发展的过程中也暴露出了一些突出的问题,这主要是因为我国的农业合作社还处于不成熟阶段,有待较为深入的理论研究。有鉴于此,本文在吸收了前人研究成果的基础上,提出了一条不同于前人的研究之路:即试图从马克思主义农业合作社理论入手,结合山东省农业合作社的发展现状,初步的探讨马克思主义农业合作社理论对我国农业合作社发展的指导意义,并针对山东省农业合作社发展过程中存在的问题提出相应的对策。本文主要从下面四个部分展开论述:第一,梳理和分析马克思主义农业合作社理论的产生和发展,并总结出马克思主义农业合作社理论的基本原则;第二,从历史的角度分析马克思主义农业合作社理论在中国的具体实践,及其历史经验教训;第三,通过数据分析山东省的农业合作社的发展现状及其存在的问题;第四,结合马克思主义农业合作社理论的基本原则,对山东省农业合作社在发展过程中存在的问题,提出相应的具体解决之道。
[Abstract]:As an important problem that our country must solve in order to realize the socialist well-off society in an all-round way, the issue of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" has always been attached great importance by the Party and the country. As an important measure to solve this problem is the establishment of rural cooperatives. In recent years, with the encouragement and support of the government, although the development of cooperatives has achieved some significant results. However, in the process of development also exposed some outstanding problems, this is mainly because the agricultural cooperatives in our country is still in the immature stage, need to be more in-depth theoretical research. On the basis of absorbing the previous research results, this paper puts forward a research road which is different from the predecessors: that is, try to start from the Marxist theory of agricultural cooperatives, combined with the development of agricultural cooperatives in Shandong Province. This paper preliminarily discusses the guiding significance of Marxist agricultural cooperative theory to the development of agricultural cooperatives in China. According to the problems existing in the development of agricultural cooperatives in Shandong Province, the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. This paper mainly discusses from the following four parts: first. Combing and analyzing the emergence and development of Marxist agricultural cooperative theory, and summing up the basic principles of Marxist agricultural cooperative theory; Second, from the historical point of view, the concrete practice of Marxist agricultural cooperative theory in China, and its historical experience and lessons; Third, through the data analysis of agricultural cooperatives in Shandong Province, the status quo and existing problems; In 4th, combining with the basic principles of Marxist agricultural cooperative theory, this paper puts forward some concrete solutions to the problems existing in the development of agricultural cooperatives in Shandong Province.
