平凉市休闲农业发展的现状及对策研究

【摘要】：随着社会经济水平的提高,生活节奏的加快,人们也感受到了来自城市钢筋水泥的建筑环境和高水准生活要求的双重压力。特别是城市居民,迫切需要走进自然、回归田园、感受农村生活己成为当今时代的呼声。从整体来看,休闲农业就是因地制宜的发展了农村的自然风光,同农村地域的农业资源有效结合的经营性活动,它有效的融合了一二三产业,涉猎的范围广,包容性强,是一种综合性产业。休闲农业的发展正符合当前时代的需求,他不仅与当前市场经济紧密结合,同时也是进一步解决三农问题的有效途径,符合我国农业的发展要求。选择平凉市休闲农业的研究,主要是因为平凉地区的经济相对落后,休闲农业发展水平不高,发展规模小,缺乏相应的理论指导,也没有形成一种对当地农业、生态、经济等系统理论体系,加强对平凉市休闲农业的探索有很强的现实理论意义。本论文分为七个章节,第一章为绪论,重点以休闲农业的研究背景和意义、以及国内外文献的研究等。第二章是休闲农业的相关理论,从其概念内涵、特点入手,论述了休闲农业发展所需要理论支撑。第三章是对平凉市休闲农业发展的基础条件的分析,主要是从自然资源、农业基础条件、交通运输等条件进行了分析说明。第四章是对平凉市休闲农业发展现状的概括,从其发展概况,发展类型,以及其成功案例等的一个概述。第五章是对平凉市休闲农业的问题及原因的陈述,第六章是国内外休闲农业发展的实践及经验,对其成功案例进行了举例说明,并对其经验进行了总结。第七章是提出的对策建议,最后对全文做了总结。本论文立足于对当地实际情况,针对性的提出了要深层次的开发当地资源,注重与当地文化的结合,突破季节气候因素的限制,打造出有影响力的品牌,提高当地休闲农业的知名度。同时提出政府部门,出台相关优惠政策,制定发展规划,加大资金投入力度,完善相关基础设施建设,帮助扶持本地休闲农业的发展。也要提高经营者和农民在休闲农业上的思想认识水平,制定相应的教育培训计划,提高从业人员的素质,广泛筹措资金,加大投资力度,吸引更多的优秀人才加入到休闲农业的建设中。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of socio-economic level, the accelerated pace of life, people feel the double pressure from city reinforced concrete construction environment and high standards of living requirements. Especially the city residents, the urgent need to walk into nature, return to pastoral, experience rural life has become the voice of the times. On the whole, the leisure agriculture is to the development of the rural scenery, with the effective combination of rural areas of agricultural resources in business activities, the effective integration of the 123 industry, covers a wide range of inclusive, is a comprehensive industry. The development of leisure agriculture is in line with the needs of the times, he is not only closely combined with the current market economy. At the same time is also the effective way to further solve the three rural problems, with the development of China's agriculture. Research on the choice of leisure agriculture in Pingliang, mainly because of Pingliang area The economy is relatively backward, the leisure agriculture development level is not high, the development of small scale, lack of theoretical guidance, nor the formation of a local agricultural, ecological, economic theory system and other systems, has a strong theoretical significance to strengthen the practical exploration of leisure agriculture in Pingliang city. The second chapter is the related theory of leisure agriculture, from the concept, characteristics, discusses the development of leisure agriculture needs the support of theory. The third chapter is the analysis of the basic conditions for the development of leisure agriculture in Pingliang city. Mainly from the natural resources, the basic conditions of agriculture, transportation and other conditions were analyzed. The fourth chapter is the status quo of the development of leisure agriculture in Pingliang City summed up from the development situation, development type, and its successful case A summary of cases. The fifth chapter is the problems and reasons of Pingliang leisure agriculture statement, the sixth chapter is the practice and experience of domestic and foreign leisure agriculture development, the successful cases were examples, and summarizes the experiences. The seventh chapter is the suggestions, finally summarized the full text. This paper is based on the actual local situation, put forward to develop local resources deeply, combining with the local culture, seasonal climate factors breakthrough limit, create a powerful brand, improve the local leisure agriculture visibility. The government departments, the introduction of preferential policies, development planning, increase capital investment, improve infrastructure construction, to help support the development of local leisure agriculture. To improve the operators and farmers in leisure agriculture on the level of thinking and understanding, make The education and training plan should be designed to improve the quality of employees, raise funds and invest more vigorously, and attract more talents to join in the construction of leisure agriculture.
