【摘要】：现阶段,大力推动农民专业合作社的发展,是实现现代农业、有效解决“三农”问题的重要途径。盘山县近年来农民专业合作社发展进入了快车道,但是仍然存在诸多不容忽视的问题,因此,本文基于农民专业合作社发展的基本理论展开研究,其目的就在于把握盘山县农民专业合作社的实际状况,深入分析盘山县农民专业合作社的发展现状和存在的主要问题,剖析导致问题存在的原因,并在汲取国内其他地区农民专业合作社发展基本经验和启示的基础上,对于盘山县农民专业合作社的发展提出有针对性的建议,帮助盘山县探索出一条适合本地农民专业合作社发展的道路。本文的绪论部分,介绍了课题的研究背景、研究目的与意义、国内外研究现状和研究内容、和方法等内容；然后介绍本研究得以开展的理论与现实基础,阐述发展农民专业合作社的理论依据,论述盘山县发展农民专业合作社的必要性与可行性；再次,研究盘山县农民专业合作社发展历程与现状,从介绍盘山县自然与农业概况入手,分析盘山县农民专业合作社的发展历程和发展现状,基于此总结农民专业合作社在盘山县所发挥的作用,同时,深刻分析盘山县农民专业合作社发展中存在的主要问题,剖析存在问题的原因;第四,介绍了国内其他农民专业合作社开展的较好的经验,以实现启示盘山县农民专业合作社的发展；第五从合作社内部运营、外部环境营造和人才保障三个方面具体展开论述,以为盘山县农民专业合作社进一步健康、持续的发展提供建议：最后,对全文进行总结。
[Abstract]:At present, vigorously promoting the development of farmers' specialized cooperatives is an important way to realize modern agriculture and effectively solve the problems of "agriculture, countryside and farmers". In recent years, the development of specialized cooperatives of farmers in Panshan County has entered the fast lane. However, there are still many problems that can not be ignored. Therefore, based on the basic theory of the development of farmers' professional cooperatives, the purpose of this paper is to grasp the actual situation of farmers' professional cooperatives in Panshan County. This paper deeply analyzes the present situation and main problems of the farmers' specialized cooperatives in Panshan County, and analyzes the reasons leading to the problems. And on the basis of absorbing the basic experience and enlightenment of the development of farmers' specialized cooperatives in other areas of China, this paper puts forward some targeted suggestions for the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in Panshan County. To help Panshan County to explore a suitable way for the development of local farmers' professional cooperatives. The introduction of this paper introduces the research background, research purpose and significance, domestic and foreign research status and research content. And methods; Then it introduces the theoretical and practical basis of this study, expounds the theoretical basis for the development of farmers' specialized cooperatives, and discusses the necessity and feasibility of the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in Panshan County. Thirdly, the paper studies the development process and current situation of Pan-shan County Farmers' Professional Cooperative, and analyzes the development process and present situation of Pan-shan County Farmer's Professional Cooperative from the introduction of Panshan County's natural and agricultural general situation.
