【摘要】：我国经济发展进入新常态下,科技将成为驱动发展的主要动力,现代农业的发展同样需要科技的支撑与引领。近些年来,我国农业科技取得了长足进步,许多农业新技术、新产品不断涌现,然而,长期以来我国农业科技成果的转化率一直处于较低水平,造成许多新型实用农业技术的极大浪费。影响农业科技成果转化率的因素十分复杂,既有经济、政治原因,也有文化、社会原因,既有客观原因、也有主观原因。而农业科技成果转化主体存在的问题是重要原因之一,因此探讨农业科技成果转化主体方面存在的问题,树立农业科技成果转化的人本导向,对农业科技成果的及时有效转化将产生重要影响。本文基于问题意识,对我国农业科技成果的转化主体进行研究。通过分析我国农业科技成果的转化特征与现状,把农业科技成果转化分为四大主体。在阐述了四大转化主体以及它们之间关系的基础上,分析了四大转化主体存在的问题,指出了我国农业科技成果转化中人的主体地位的重要性。最后在人本导向基础上提出相关对策以期更好地促进我国农业科技成果的转化。全文共分为六个部分。第一部分:通过相关政策与文献主要分析介绍了文章的选题背景、研究意义、国内外现状、研究方法等。第二部分:简要介绍了农业科技成果转化的概念、内容和特点,并对农业科技成果转化的四大主体进行了界定,对主体的概念和农业科技成果转化的特点、内容做了简要说明。第三部分:分别阐述了农业科技成果转化中四大主体各自的地位和内容,分析了各个主体之间的相互关系。第四部分:具体分析农业科技成果转化的四大主体各自存在的问题。第五部分:着眼于人的主体地位提出人本导向促进我国农业科技成果转化的具体措施。第六部分:结语。对全文进行总结,概述文章的主要观点。
[Abstract]:Under the new normal economic development of our country, science and technology will become the main driving force of development, and the development of modern agriculture also needs the support and guidance of science and technology. In recent years, our agricultural science and technology has made great progress. Many new agricultural technologies and new products are emerging. However, the conversion rate of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in China has been at a low level for a long time. The factors that affect the conversion rate of agricultural scientific and technological achievements are very complex, both economic, political, cultural and social reasons, and there are objective reasons. There are also subjective reasons. And the main transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements is one of the main problems is one of the important reasons, so to explore the main problems in the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, to establish a people-oriented transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements. It will have an important impact on the timely and effective transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements. Through the analysis of the characteristics and present situation of the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in China. The transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements is divided into four main bodies. On the basis of expounding the four transformation subjects and their relations, the problems of the four transformation subjects are analyzed. This paper points out the importance of human's main position in the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in China. Finally, on the basis of humanism, the author puts forward some relevant countermeasures in order to better promote the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in China. The second part briefly introduces the concept, content and characteristics of the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, and defines the four main bodies of the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements. Focusing on the main position of human beings, this paper puts forward concrete measures to promote the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in China.
