海南省芒果种植企业融资问题研究

【摘要】：农业是国民经济的基础,农业经济的发展事关社会主义农业现代化大局,2017年2月,"中央一号"文件提出推进农业供给侧结构性改革,农业的重要性又一次走向公众视野引起各方关注,推进农业结构性改革,走出一条中国特色的现代农业产业化道路迫在眉睫。现代农业产业化道路上的重要环节则是农业企业,作为种植企业的农业企业更是农业现代化中的重中之重,农业种植企业的发展水平和经营成效直接关系中国农业现代农业产业化道路是否会一帆风顺。海南省由于海南独特的热带气候和四面环海的地理位置,海南芒果色香味俱全,倍受广大消费者喜爱。海南省芒果产业的发展离不开作为生产环节的芒果种植企业,但是受限于各方面原因海南芒果种植企业陷入融资困境,急需进行融资进行血液补充。金融是现代经济血液,金融与农业结合势必增添农业发展活力,作为农业发展的关键环节农业企业,对金融资本有着迫切需求。农业企业局限于农业产业的特性和中小企业融资难的普遍痛症,融资更是难上加难。本文以海南芒果产区为例,对海南省90家芒果种植企业为研究对象,以现场调查、个人访谈和发放问卷等收集数据,统计海南芒果种植企业面临的融资困境、融资成本等各项事关融资的数据,以此为背景结合相关融资理论总结出海南省芒果种植企业融资难的八大原因,运用ISM(解释结构模型)模型对融资成因的因素进行结构层次分析,用数据模型的方法分析影响融资因素的层级。主要内容包括:导论;理论基础与文献综述;海南芒果种植企业发展现状及融资困境分析;海南芒果种植企业融资问题成因分析;基于ISM(解释结构模型)模型的成因结构层次分析;国内外农业企业融资经验与启示;结论与对策建议。研究结果表明:通过问卷统计,归纳概括影响芒果种植企业融资的八大因素;通过ISM(解释结构模型)模型的成因结构层次分析,发现影响融资的顶层因素为农企关系差、种植企业上市难,浅层因素缺乏抵押物、芒果种植风险高和缺乏担保机构和企业信息不对称,中层因素则是政府支持力度不够,深层因素为海南芒果种植企业本身发展不规范。基于国内外融资经验借鉴和上述原因的层级分析,得到结论与建议:从完善政府支持方面、完善金融市场方面和完善企业自身方面解决海南省芒果种植企业融资问题。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is the foundation of national economy, and the development of agricultural economy is related to the overall situation of socialist agricultural modernization. In February 2017, the "Central Committee No. 1" document proposed to promote the structural reform of agricultural supply-side. Once again, the importance of agriculture has attracted the attention of the public and promoted the structural reform of agriculture. It is urgent to walk out a road of modern agricultural industrialization with Chinese characteristics. The important link in the road of modern agricultural industrialization is agricultural enterprises, and agricultural enterprises as planting enterprises are the most important in agricultural modernization. The development level and management effect of agricultural planting enterprises are directly related to whether the road of modern agricultural industrialization in China will be smooth or not. Hainan Province has a unique tropical climate and geographical location around the sea on all sides due to the unique tropical climate of Hainan Province. Hainan mango color and fragrance, the majority of consumers love. Hainan mango industry development can not be separated from the production of mango planting enterprises. However, limited by various reasons Hainan mango planting enterprises into financing difficulties, urgently need to finance to blood supplement. Finance is the blood of modern economy, the combination of finance and agriculture is bound to increase the vitality of agricultural development. As the key link of agricultural development, agricultural enterprises have an urgent need for financial capital. Agribusiness is limited to the characteristics of agricultural industry and the general pain of SMEs' financing difficulties. Financing is even more difficult. This paper takes Hainan mango production area as an example, takes 90 mango planting enterprises in Hainan province as the research object, and collects data by field investigation, personal interview and questionnaire. Statistics of Hainan mango planting enterprises facing financing difficulties, financing costs and other related financing data, as the background combined with related financing theory summed up Hainan mango planting enterprises financing difficulties eight reasons. ISM (explain structural Model) model is used to analyze the factors of financing, and the data model is used to analyze the levels of factors affecting financing. The main contents are as follows: introduction; Theoretical basis and literature review; Hainan mango planting enterprise development situation and financing dilemma analysis; Analysis of the causes of financing problems in Hainan mango planting enterprises; Based on ISM (explanatory structural Model) model, the genetic structure hierarchy analysis; Domestic and foreign agricultural enterprises financing experience and inspiration; Conclusion and countermeasures. The research results show that: through questionnaire statistics, summed up the impact of mango planting enterprise financing eight major factors; Through the structural hierarchy analysis of ISM (explain structure Model) model, it is found that the top factors influencing financing are poor relationship between agriculture and enterprise, difficulty in listing of planting enterprises, and lack of collateral for shallow factors. Mango planting high risk and lack of guarantee agencies and enterprises information asymmetry, middle level factor is the government support is not enough. The deep factor is the non-standard development of Hainan mango planting enterprises. Based on the experience of financing at home and abroad and the hierarchical analysis of the reasons above, the conclusions and recommendations: from the improvement of government support. Improve the financial market and improve the enterprise itself to solve the financing problem of mango planting enterprises in Hainan Province.
