【摘要】：正我国农业发展出现的这些问题,深层次原因是以市场需求为导向调整农业生产的力度还不够。要解决这些问题和深层次矛盾,就必须以市场需求为导向,调整劳动力、土地、资金等农业生产要素投入结构,对农业资源配置进行结构性调整。针对当前农业发展面临的重大问题,应从农业供给侧入手,出台有力的改革措施,理顺国内国际、三次产业、农业内部产业之间资源配置,调整劳动力、土地、资金等农
[Abstract]:The deep-seated reason for these problems in the development of agriculture in China is that the efforts to adjust agricultural production under the guidance of market demand are not enough. To solve these problems and deep-seated contradictions, we must take the market demand as the guide and adjust the labor force and the land. The investment structure of agricultural production factors, such as funds, should be adjusted structurally to the allocation of agricultural resources. In view of the major problems facing the current agricultural development, we should start from the agricultural supply side, introduce effective reform measures, and straighten out the domestic and international industries and the three industries. Allocation of resources among agricultural internal industries, adjustment of labor force, land, funds, etc.
