长沙地区农户农业新技术选择影响因素研究

【摘要】：我国正从一个资源密集型的生产方式转为科技集约型的现代生产方式,十三五规划明确指出,要推进农业供给侧改革,彻底扭转原来以资源消耗为代价,特别是消耗土地资源和人力资源这种传统生产方式,同时农业机械化的推广也加速了对石化能源的消耗,这种生产方式严重困扰着我国的农业现代化发展,阻碍了经济发展,为国家进一步推进城市化战略带来非常不好的影响,因此,改变传统的生产方式、提高农民文化素养、选择新的技术就成了必然。本文以中国当前现代农业生产新技术的使用现状为切入点,选取长沙为研究对象,通过文献法、调查法、对比等方法研究了以下几个问题:一是农户在通过哪些渠道和途径采用新技术,以及影响选择因素;二是哪些因素决定了农户新技术的采用,分别占比多少;三是对长沙当前农户新技术的选择的各项因素和现状进行了分析和调研;四是如何提高农户选择新技术,并提出相应的建议和对策。具体内容安排:本研究通过调查问卷和统计结果显示:农户的文化水平是决定影响农户选择新技术的最重要的因素,家庭经济收入水平和结构、农户的耕地面积这三个因素,也是影响农户选择新技术的重要因素,这些因素和农业新技术的采用呈正相关关系。要解决农户采用新技术就得从提高农民文化素养、改变农户家庭收入比例结构、加大农业技术推广力度等几方面入手,这样才有利于提高农业技术的成果转化。同时通过研究我们发现,在选择新技术的时候,新技术的投入成本、选择新技术的风险因素以及农户本人的技术因素也是影响农户选择新技术的几个重要因素。技术难度大、风险高、成本大必然影响农户新技术的采用。因此提高农户家庭收入、提高农民文化程度,有利于农业技术的采用,进而提高农业新技术成果的转化率,提高农业科学技术对我国农业的贡献率。技术投入成本、家庭经济水平、技术风险是农户在农业技术采用中,考虑最多的三个因素。
[Abstract]:Our country is changing from a resource-intensive mode of production to a modern mode of production based on science and technology. The 13th Five-Year Plan clearly pointed out that we should promote the reform of the supply side of agriculture and completely reverse the cost of resource consumption. In particular, the consumption of land resources and human resources is the traditional mode of production, and the popularization of agricultural mechanization also accelerates the consumption of fossil energy. This mode of production seriously puzzles the development of agricultural modernization in our country and hinders the development of economy. For the country to further promote the urbanization strategy has a very bad impact, therefore, to change the traditional mode of production, improve the cultural literacy of farmers, It is inevitable to select new technology. This paper takes the current situation of modern agricultural production in China as the breakthrough point, selects Changsha as the research object, through the literature method, the investigation method, The following problems are studied by comparative methods: first, through which channels and ways farmers adopt new technology, and the other is what factors determine the adoption of new technology, which account for the proportion of farmers, and the other is which factors determine the adoption of the new technology, and what are the factors that determine the adoption of the new technology. The third is to analyze and investigate the factors and present situation of the choice of new technology for farmers in Changsha. Fourth, how to improve farmers' choice of new technology. And put forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures. The specific content arrangement: this research through the questionnaire and the statistical result shows: the peasant household's education level is the most important factor which decides the farmer to choose the new technology, the family economic income level and the structure, The three factors of farmers' cultivated land area are also the important factors that affect the farmers' choice of new technology, and these factors have positive correlation with the adoption of new agricultural technology. To solve the problem of farmers' adoption of new technology, we must improve farmers' cultural literacy. Only by changing the proportion structure of household income and increasing the extension of agricultural technology can we improve the transformation of agricultural technology. At the same time, through our research, we find that when we choose new technologies, The input cost of the new technology, the risk factor of choosing the new technology and the technical factor of the farmer themselves are also the important factors that influence the farmers to choose the new technology. Therefore, raising the household income and raising the farmers' education level will be beneficial to the adoption of agricultural technology, thus increasing the conversion rate of the new agricultural technology results. To improve the contribution rate of agricultural science and technology to agriculture, the cost of technical input, the level of household economy and the technical risk are the three factors that farmers consider most in the adoption of agricultural technology.
